#HealthyMantra Consumer Contest :

Contest The following are the Terms and Conditions of an agreement between you and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SPIL”).

Terms & Conditions :
1. The contest is open from 15th October 2016 to 18th October 2016 (Contest Period) wherein the contestants will have to upload a picture, along with a caption, of their Health Mantra or the secret to their good health (“Contest”). Picture to be uploaded on Revital H Woman’s Facebook post’s comments section. SPIL may in its absolute discretion curtail, modify or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.

2. Winners will be selected by panel of experts who will evaluate the pictures sent by contestants on the basis of relevance of picture to health, how well the caption describes the image & the innovativeness in clicking picture and announce the winners.
3. SPIL will announce the winners in 19th October, 2016. The decision of SPIL shall be final and binding.

4. As far as possible, within 30 days of announcement of the winners by SPIL, SPIL will try to dispatch the prizes to the lucky contestants/winners. SPIL or its carriers shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, loss in transit, damage in transit or returned undelivered for any reasons. All undelivered/unclaimed prizes shall be automatically forfeited after the expiry of 30 days without any further liability on SPIL or its carriers.

5. The right to receive the prize after announcement shall be non-transferable and non-encashable. SPIL reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms & Conditions, at any time without any prior notice. There will not be any specific notification regarding the amendment or modification other than publishing the same on our web site.

6. SPIL reserves the right to use the answers (including ideas, concepts, etc) of all the contestants including the winning contestants as well as the personal data/information and photographs in its communications/publications and all contestants/winners hereby voluntarily agree to the same.

7. By accepting to participate, the contestant (including agents and representatives) hereby releases and shall hold harmless SPIL, its directors, group companies, affiliates, successors, contest sponsors, carriers or employees from any third party claims or any injuries, claims, losses or damages sustained in any way, in connection with the contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded.

8. SPIL accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected submissions made by the contestant whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, virus attack, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption, software or hardware failure or any other cause whatsoever.

9. The prize would be handed over to the winner only upon proper identification and verification to the satisfaction of SPIL or its carrier.
