Grazia Cover Girl Hunt:

Participate in the Grazia Cover Girl Hunt, (“Hunt”) of Worldwide Media Pvt. Ltd. (“WWM”) by sharing your photos. The winner of the Hunt stands a chance to appear on the cover page of one issue of Grazia magazine and will be titled “Grazia Cover Girl Hunt Winner”.

The Hunt is valid from 23th September, 2016 (00.00 hours) to 12th November, 2016 (23.59 hours). – All dates are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions:
** Only one entry (3 photos) per participant, received through the “Website”, will be eligible to participate in the Hunt. Multiple entries received using other logins or registrations will be considered invalid. Entries received after the Last Date set forth in the Hunt announcement are ineligible, null and void. WWM will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries or entries not received by WWM for any reason.

** The participant must be a single unmarried, natural born female, between 18-27 years of age as of September 01, 2016. The participant should have minimum height of 5’7″ and above. (The participant should not be or have been engaged or married at anytime, if so she should disclose this information to WWM).

** Participation in the Hunt is open to all residents of India holding a valid Indian passport, overseas foreign nationals holding overseas citizenship of India and non-resident Indians. The Hunt is not open to employees and family members of the employees of WWM and its sponsors including Reliance Trends and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and representatives.

** The participant hereby consents and agrees that WWM shall be entitled to record and reproduce her images, voice, likeness and performance at all stages of the Hunt and subsequently, whether such recording be audio, audio-visual or in the form of photographs including for promotion and advertising the Hunt or otherwise without payment or any compensation.

** By participating in the Hunt, the participant is deemed to have – provided her irrevocable consent to WWM to use and exploit the entries and her photographs, digital images, video recordings, audiotapes and the like for the purpose of creating advertising and promotional materials to be used in all forms of media including without limitation

** In case any participant uploads any entry which is obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, intimidating, vulgar, pornographic, profane, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or otherwise objectionable, or which constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or otherwise gives rise to liability or violates any law, the same shall be rejected or removed by WWM in its absolute discretion and such participation shall not be considered for the Hunt.

** All entries will be judged by WWM and an esteemed panel of judges jointly. The selection and number of judges at each stage of the Hunt shall be at WWM’s sole discretion and the judges’ decision at all stages of the Hunt is final. The judges will choose one winner who will be titled “Grazia Cover Girl Hunt Winner” and three runner up (collectively “winners”).

** Prizes are not convertible to cash, transferable or assignable. Substitution of gifts by winners will not be entertained. All prizes will be awarded “as is”. All central state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges (including income, sales, and service taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize-winners.

** Each winner will sign the requisite forms, contracts and documents to avail the prize and render its performance in terms of the prize. WWM shall, at its sole discretion replace the prizes by alternative item(s) of similar nature or value in case of unavailability of the original prizes.

** While participating in the Hunt, the participant shall not participate or be engaged in any other contest, hunt or program hosted or produced by any person or entity in the business of hosting, producing, transmitting or exhibiting contests, hunts or programs in any mode or medium.

** The participant shall make full and honest disclosure of information as requested in the entry form. The entry form shall be accompanied by three recent photographs of the participant. The participant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to her identity, contact details, age, education, profession and such other information as may be required by WWM.

** Each participant is required to furnish necessary supporting documentation in original and any other documentary proof as may be required by WWM to confirm the eligibility of the participant. In the event of any change of such details, the participant shall notify WWM immediately.

** No intimation or communication will be sent to participants who are not shortlisted or whose entry has been cancelled. WWM shall not be responsible if any participant is unable to understand the Hunt mechanics or for the participant’s own interpretation of the same in any manner.
