AWARDS/SCHOLARSHIPS – STUDENTS :
Each winner will be entitled to one award for ICSO. The winners will be entitled to the higher level award only. For eg,. the international top 5 rank holders will be entitled to awards based on their International ranks. Awards accruing to them for State ranks will be given to the next rank holder. Similarly, school award accruing to a State award winner will be given to the next rank holder.
AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL :
RANK SCHOLARSHIPS NO.
1st Rs.1,00,000 each + Int. Gold Medal*+ Merit Certificate 2
2nd Rs.75,000 each + Int. Silver Medal*+ Merit Certificate 2
3rd Rs.50,000 each + Int Bronze Medal*+ Merit Certificate 2
4th Rs 25,000 each + Merit Certificate 2
5th Rs 10,000 each + Merit Certificate 2
AT STATE/ZONAL LEVEL :
RANK SCHOLARSHIPS NO.
1st Rs10,000/ – each + Zonal Gold Medal*+ Merit Certificate 40
2nd Rs 5,000/ – each + Zonal Silver Medal*+ Merit Certificate 40
3 to 10 Gifts worth Rs,1000/ + Medal of Excellence +Merit Certificate 320
11 to 25 Medal of Excellence + Merit Certificate 600
In case two or more students achieve the same rank, cash award in the applicable category will be distributed as under:
International Winners :
for up to 9 students getting same rank, award amount will be distributed equally. In addition, each winner will be awarded a medal (in the applicable category) and a Merit Certificate.
In case more than 9 students get same rank, in lieu of cash award each winner will be awarded a medal ( in the applicable category) and Merit Certificate.
State Winners :
for up to 4 students getting same rank, award amount will be distributed equally. In addition, each winner will be awarded a medal (in the applicable category) and a Merit Certificate.
In case more than 4 students get same rank, in lieu of cash award, each winner will be awarded a medal (in the applicable category) and Merit Certificate.
