ENTRY MODE :
To apply for any of the race categories of the AU Jaipur Marathon 2017, you need to submit an application form, along with the requisite application fees. Application forms received without fees will not be accepted.

You can apply for your preferred race category, during the registration period, using any one of the following modes:

** Download and submit the completed REGISTRATION FORM with entry fee at our listed centers.
** You can also collect the Registration Form from listed centers and submit the completed registration form with entry fee at our listed centers.

FAQ :
What is the Minimum Age Requirement ?
On race day, you must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Half Marathon and 12 years old to participate in the Jaipur Dream Run.

How can I sign up for the events ?
Register online at marathonjaipur.com or print the Registration Form and send us at our centers.

How do I know if I am registered ?
If you registered via a paper entry, please allow us for your registration to complete the processing cycle. Your processed check or credit card statement will be confirmation until you receive your final information by e-mail.

Please Note:Final race confirmation/information will be e-mailed approximately one week prior to race day.

How do I get my bib number and timing tag ?
Your bib number with your timing tag attached, goodie bag and T-shirt will all be available for pickup at the expo . You must provide a photo ID to pick up your bib number. You will use your bib number to pick up your race T-shirt.

Will there be a particular Dress Code for the Marathon ?
Marathon T-shirts is a must, which will be provided by us when you register for the Marathon. Apart from this you are free to wear any comfortable outfit !

How do I get my T-Shirt ?
T-Shirts must be picked up at the Expo during regular Expo hours. T-Shirts will not be mailed. At the Expo, you will first pick up your bib number and timing tag and will then use your bib number to pick up your T-Shirt and goodie bag. While we will do all we can to ensure you receive the shirt size you request, unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees.

Can someone else pick up my Bib and goodies for me ?
Yes, as long as they have a copy of your photo ID or confirmation email, and a signed copy of this waiver. The waiver must be signed and dated by the runner. Their name must also be printed legibly.

Can I register on race day ?
No, registration will not be available on the race day.

Do you take Credit Cards for Registration at the Marathon Expo ?
Yes.

What are the time limits for the races? Are they walker friendly ?
Yes, we welcome walkers for both of the races. The time limit for getting an official time for the Half Marathon is 3 hours, but walkers can complete the race on the adjacent bike trail after that time. There is no time limit on the Dream Run Race.

What is the policy for the use of headphones during the race ?
For your safety and the safety of your fellow participants, you are encouraged NOT to use iPods, MP3 players, or similar devices during the race. However, if you choose to use such a device, it is recommended that you keep the volume at a level at which you are aware of your environment and any emergency situations which may arise.

Are bikes, rollerblades, or baby joggers allowed on the course ?
Sorry, no dogs, in-line skates, baby joggers, skateboards, or bikes will be allowed on any part of the course. This is for everyone’s safety !

How do I get a refund if I cannot attend ?
There are absolutely no refunds. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund. If you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your number to anyone else and entry fees will not be transferred from year to year.
