PURCHASE OF GIFT CARDS :
** Pepperfry Gift Card(s) (referred to as “Pepperfry GCs” or Pepperfry GCs) are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Qwikcilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) to issue such Gift Cards.

** The Pepperfry GCs will be issued in electronic form (e-Gift Cards) and will be delivered via an email on authentication of beneficiary/Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details. For bulk purchases, by the Corporate Clients, Pepperfry GCs may be issued in physical form by Qwikcilver, upon request.

** Pepperfry GCs can be purchased on pepperfry.com or Pepperfry Mobile App using the following payment modes only – Net Banking options from bank accounts in India and Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued in India. Cash on Delivery (COD) option, wallets, Part Pay options Cash Pay Options and International Cards will not be available as a mode of payment.

** The Pepperfry GCs are available in the Value Packs of Rs. 500/-, Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 2000/-, Rs. 5000/- and Rs. 10,000/-.
** The Customer shall not be entitled to any discount on purchase of Pepperfry GCs.

PURPOSE AND VALIDITY:
** The Pepperfry GCs shall be used for any purchase listed on pepperfry.com only
** Pepperfry GCs will be valid for a period of 1 (One) year from the Date of Issue of Pepperfry GCs.
** Validity of Pepperfry GCs cannot be extended; new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards.

REDEMPTION:
** Pepperfry GCs can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode ”Pepperfry Gift Card”.
** Pepperfry GCs cannot be redeemed on Pepperfry Mobile App.
** No cash withdrawal is permissible against the Pepperfry GCs.
** Pepperfry GCs cannot be used to purchase other Pepperfry Gift Cards, if any.
** If the order value exceeds the Pepperfry GCs amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Wallets. Cash Pay, Part Pay and COD cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
** If the order value is less than the amount of the Pepperfry GCs, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Pepperfry GCs and can be used for subsequent transactions till its validity.
** Pepperfry GCs cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.

** In case the Order is cancelled by the Customer within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy, wherein the Customer has redeemed the Pepperfry GCs, in such scenario the Customers’ Pepperfry GCs shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount.

GENERAL TERMS:
** Gift Cards will expire after 1 (One) year from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited.
** You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Pepperfry GCs.

** Qwikcilver, Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited (Pepperfry.com) or their affiliates are not responsible if a Pepperfry GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

** Once the Pepperfry GCs has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Pepperfry GCs PIN or Gift Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of Pepperfry GCs due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Qwikcilver, Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited or
their affiliates shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.

** You can combine any number of Pepperfry GCs in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more number of Gift Cards on a single order, please add your Gift Cards (upto a maximum of 5 (five) Pepperfry GCs) at the time of checkout.

** Qwikcilver, Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited (Pepperfry.com) or their
affiliates assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the Pepperfry GCs and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.

** Qwikcilver/ Pepperfry.com reserves the right to cancel the Pepperfry GCs if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.

** In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Pepperfry.com /Qwikcilver retain the right to cancel the Pepperfry GCs so issued.

** There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
** Pepperfry GCs cannot be reloaded or resold.
** Pepperfry.com reserves the right to amend, modify, update the terms and conditions mentioned herein from time to time and the same shall be applicable and binding on the Customers.
