Diwali Inaamon Wali Contest:

1. The ‘Diwali Inaamon Wali contest’ (“Contest”) is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) as a promotional activity for its channel “Zee Anmol” (“Channel”).

2. The Contest shall be effective from 10:00 AM from October 28, 2016 until 11:00 PM on November 11, 2016, during the telecast of show on the Channel (“Contest Period”). Each day of the Contest Period shall commence at 10:00 AM on that particular day and shall end at 11 PM on the same day (“Daily Contest Period”).

3. The Contest is open for participation by residents of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand only (individually referred to as “State” and collectively as “States”).

4. During the Daily Contest Period, Monday- cprorated herein by reference.a graphical image of a burning fire cracker with a mn number mentioned on it will be flashed on the Channel (“Daily Contest Post(s)”). Thus a total of 15 (Fifteen) Daily Contest Posts will be flashed/ displayed during the Contest Period (“Contest Posts”)

5. Each Daily Contest Post(s) will be corresponded by the mobile number on which the Participant is required to give a missed call with the mobile number in the Participant’s name (“Mobile Number”), in order to participate in the Contest (“Missed Call Number”)

6. Thereafter, Participant shall receive an automated voice call which shall state the following “Thank You for participating. If your answer is 1, press 1, if your answer is 2, press 2” (“Voice Confirmation”)

7. On receiving the Voice Confirmation, Participant is required to select from their Mobile Number, the option corresponding to the correct answer to the Daily Contest Post(s) (“Answer(s)”).

8. ZEEL shall attempt to contact the Participant only once. ZEEL shall not be liable in any manner in the event Participant fails to attend the Voice Confirmation thereby missing the opportunity to provide the Answer.

9. Upon submission of the Answer(s), the automated voice call shall state the following “Thank You for participating. You will shortly receive an SMS asking for your area Pin Code. Request you to please reply on the number mentioned in the SMS” (“SMS Verification”)

10. On receipt of the SMS Verification, Participant shall be required to reply with their Mobile Number, the pin code of the area in which they reside and send it to the mobile number flashed in the SMS with their Mobile Number during the Daily Contest Period (“SMS Answer(s)”).

11. A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has submitted the Answer strictly in the manner provided hereinabove, with their Mobile Number and who has received the SMS Verification from ZEEL (“Entry”).
