Short Film Contest :
The theme of the contest is “Blood Donation”.

Rules and Regulations:
1. All films should have a running time of maximum 10 minutes.
2. Short film must not be uploaded to any social websites or YouTube etc. All the rights are held and reserved by BLOOD2LIVE Organization itself.
3. Master copy of the film must be submitted in its original language with a duplicate copy with subtitles in English.
4. Participants may submit more than one film.
5.There is no restriction for contestants who have participated in previous competitions, festivals or similar events, or those who have previously received an award elsewhere.
6. Once submitted, the copies of the film and the documents for application will not be returned to the contestant. Therefore, submission of original documents\materials is not recommended.
7.The contestant (director/producer) of the film will be considered to have accepted the use of the film for promotional purposes through media platforms by the BLOOD2LIVE Organization.
8.The holder of the signature in the application form must be the legal owner of the film.
9.Registration fee must be credited to the BLOOD2LIVE Organization’s bank account which will be provided in this website. Participants please note that registration is non-refundable.
10.The applicant will be responsible for all details he\she furnishes with the application.
11. The decision of the jury will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entertained on the subject.
12. At any stage of the competition, the film which understood to be falling short of any of the requirements mentioned above can be disqualified. In this case, any prizes awarded should be returned to the organising committee.
13. Contestants are responsible for any dispute regarding intellectual property rights of the entries submitted for the contest.
14. Contestant/s have read above rules and regulations carefully and agreed to all above conditions.
How to apply:
Registrations will be done through the phone call or the participants can send an email to the given Organisations Email id. After finishing the registration, an application form will be sent to each participant which should be duly signed by the legal owner of the film and must be submitted to the organization at the time of submitting the soft copy of a short film.
1. Application forms can be sent to us either by email or post.
2. Last date of submission of completed entries is 16 January, 2017.
3. Following items\documents are required to be submitted along with application form.
4. Duly filled and signed application form.
5. Copy of the film. (Frame Size 1280X720, Aspect Ratio 16:9, Format mp4 or .mov or .avi)
6.Film can be uploaded on Dropbox, google drive or any other large file sharing website and share with our email id blood2live@gmail.com.
7.The documents and the film in DVD can also be delivered to our office address.
