Painting & Pencil Sketching Competition:

(Please read this completely, as there are minimum and clear do’s and don’ts for easy participation)School / Institution / Group can send a minimum of 50 entries &  Individuals can send a minimum of 10 entries.

Topic: Painting / Pencil Sketching (can select any topic)

Note:
** Art work CAN be of size A3 the maximum (Any size or shape lesser than that are eligible, but do not exceed A3 size)
** Entries has to be MADE only using any of these bases “Paper, Thick chart, OHP Sheet, Canvas Sheet, Cloth, Hard/MDF/Mount Board (3mm Size)”
** Art work shall be made using Pencils: Drawing/Shading Pencils (** No color pencil/sketch); Paints: Water/Poster/Acrylic/Oil/Glitter/Glass paints
** Each participant can send one or more Entries on any Topic
** Glass, Tiles, Thermocol or Any breakable materials items and 3D Model type projects are STRICTLY not eligible.

Groups:
Group 1 – Pre.KG, LKG & UKG
Group 2 – 1St, 2nd & 3rd
Group 3 – 4th, 5th & 6th
Group 4 – 7th, 8th & 9th
Group 5 – 10th, 11th & 12th

Last Date For Participation:
30th November 2016 (Entries must reach us on or before – 30th November 2016)

How To Send:
** Entries shall be submitted ONLY by post.
** All the ENTRIES must be sent with proper packing AND at your own risk and expenses.
** Entries above 200 no’s can deduct 5% & shall use it for Parcel & DD charges.
** Submit the original artwork and send the parcel (Packed Group-Wise inside) along with the Participation form, Participants list, Covering Letter with authorized signatory & Bank Demand Draft (Schools within India).

Mention the below details using Capital Letters at the BACK of every ENTRY:
1. Students Name & Topic
2. Group Number & Standard/Grade
3. Email ID of Participant or Parent
4. School / Institution Name & Address Seal
5. Art Teacher / Coordinator’s Name

Entry Fee:
For Single Entry Rs.200/- within India. For Single Entry S10/- other countries (Kindly calculate the amount worth ten American dollars accordingly)

Results & Prizes:
