The Ability Marathon :

All participants shall follow the website and the www.facebook.com/ssepd page of the SSEPD department to update them with the latest information about the marathon.

Instructions for the Ability Marathon:
** You may register online at www.ssepd.gov.in under Events Tab.
** Only one applicant can apply for the marathon using a single form. Please do not send in more than one entry per person.
** Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted.
** Requests for cancellation and, thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, registration fee shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation.
** All participants should be present at the marathon start point at 05.00 am
** The organizers are not responsible for organizing transport and it is the responsibility of the participants to report at the marathon venue well before the start of the marathon.
** Organizers shall not be liable for any loss to the participants.
** Each participant has to acquaint himself with the route of the marathon. No claims of any kind will be entertained in this regard.
** The decision taken by the Jury will be final & binding on each participant.
** Right of any change in the Ability Marathon is reserved by the organizers, which will be published or announced at an appropriate time and place.
** Each participant must pay due consideration to other participants.

Before submitting your application, please check if you:
** have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with * in the application form;
** have affixed a copy of your latest passport size colour photograph on the form;
** have given details of your Voter I-Card, AADHAAR Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport or any other valid photo I-Card in the form;
** have signed the “waiver form” in the application;
** have the permission from your parent, in case you are under 18 years of age.

Registration Counter for all categories:
** Online Registration commences on the 7th of November 2016 and closes on the 27th of November 2016.
** Distribution counter for T –Shirts, Caps and Chest (BIB) number will be opened for the participants in Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, from 30th November, 2016 to 2nd December, 2016 between 10 AM. to 6 PM.
** It is mandatory for Participants to come with the online generated BIB number and signed waiver form at the time of collecting their T-shirt, Cap and Chest (BIB) Number.

Registration Fee:
a. No Registration Fee for the participants of PwD and Senior Citizen category.
b. For School Students the Registration Fee will Rs. 50/- per participant.
c. For Others, the Registration Fee will Rs. 100/- per participant.
d. For Professional Athletes the Registration Fee will Rs. 200/- per participant.
e. The amount will be collected at the time of distribution of T-shirts, Cap and Chest number at Registration Counter.
