Jr. NBA Program:

The Reliance Foundation Jr. NBA Program (the “Program”) is a comprehensive youth basketball initiative that applies the values of basketball to positively impact the lives of Indian boys and girls.

The Program is designed to inspire kids to come to school, promote a healthy active lifestyle, and inculcate the positive values in participating youth by integrating basketball into each participating school’s physical education curriculum.

Contest Entry:
Contests for coaches are open only to coaches who are basketball coaches or physical education teachers of registered Jr. NBA partner schools (each, a “School”) and who are legal residents and are physically located in India(each, a “Coach”). Contests for students are open to all who are between class 1 and class 10 in India and who are legal residents and are physically located in India (each, a “Student”).

Employees and immediate family members of the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), NBA Properties, Inc., NBA India Basketball Private Limited (“NBAI”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the NBA member teams, and each of their respective affiliates (collectively, the “NBA Entities”) and the Reliance Foundation are ineligible to participate in the Contests and win prizes.

If you are a Coach, you may register for the Contests by clicking on the “Coach” section on the top menu bar. If you are a Student, your parent or legal guardian may register you for the Contests by clicking on the “Sign In” tab on the top menu bar.

Although registration by a Coach or a Student may be completed using his/her Facebook or Google Plus account, all information provided pursuant to the registration process is provided to NBAI and the operator of the Sites, Concept Communications Limited. All Coaches and Students registering for the Program and any Contest who uses his/her Facebook or Google Plus account must adhere to the Facebook or Google Plus terms and conditions, as the case may be.

Coaches Gratification Program:
Eligibility:
Coaches must register on the Site in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions to be eligible to participate in, and accrue points and win prizes for, the Program-related activities and contests described in this section (the “Coaches Gratification Program”).

Once registered, Coaches shall accrue points based on their participation in the four activities set out below. Accrual of points shall commence and terminate for each Program city (and the Coaches resident in such Program city) depending on the start and end dates of the Program activities for such Program city as determined by NBAI in its discretion.

Students Gratification Program:
Eligibility:
A Student must be registered by his/her parent/legal guardian on the Site in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions to be eligible to participate in, and accrue points and win prizes for, the Program-related activities and contests described in this section (the “Students Gratification Program”) and have the opportunity to win prizes.

Additional Terms:
(A) Each Contest prize winners will be subject to the final approval of NBAI and determination by NBAI (in its sole and absolute discretion) that such prize winner’s participation in the Contests was conducted in compliance with the Program Terms and Conditions. The participation of any person in the Program or any Contest may be terminated, without prior notice, at any time and for any reason by NBAI in its sole and absolute discretion. NBAI’s decision in each case is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

(B) In the event of a dispute, any person’s entitlement to participate in the Program, any Contest and/or receive any prize is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of NBAI.

(C) Each participant (whether a Coach, Student or otherwise) in the Program and/or in any Contest (“Participant”) may be required to submit a release and waiver form, executed by Participant or Participant’s parent or legal guardian (if Participant is a minor), as a condition to receiving certain prizes (as determined by NBAI).
