Zindagi New Year In Turkey Contest:

** The Zindagi New Year In Turkey contest is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) for subscribers of “Tata Sky” only, in relation to the show “Fatmagul” which is telecast at 9.00 and ends at 10.00 PM every night from Monday- Saturday (“Show”) on the channel “Zindagi” (“Channel”) (“Contest”)

** The Contest shall be effective every Monday to Saturday from 9.00 PM on November 21, 2016 until 10.00 PM on December 5, 2016 (“Contest Period”).
** Each day of the Contest Period shall commence at 9.00 PM on that particular day and shall end at 10.00 PM on the same day (“Daily Contest Period”). For sake of clarity, the Daily Contest Period shall not be conducted on Sundays.
** Each person participating in the Contest in the manner provided herein below is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.
** During the Daily Contest Period, during the telecast of the Show on the Channel, Monday- cprorated herein by reference.there will appear a RED button on the Channel screen.
** Participant is required to PRESS the RED button in order to participate in the Contest.
** During the Daily Contest Period, during the telecast of the Show on the Channel, One (1) multiple choice question pertaining to the Show will be asked to the viewer of the Channel (“Daily Contest Question(s)”).

It is hereby clarified that the Daily Contest Question will change on the following dates:
** November 24, 2016
** November 28, 2016
** December 1, 2016

** Thus a total of 4 (Four) Daily Contest Questions will be asked during the Contest Period.
** It is hereby clarified that if a Participant has submitted more than 1 (One) Entry for the same Daily Contest Question during the Contest Period, then only the 1st Entry submitted by the Participant shall be considered as valid for the purpose of the Contest.
** Each of the Daily Contest Question(s) will be corresponded by multiple answers of which one will be the correct answer to such Daily Contest Question(s).
** In order to answer the Daily Contest Question(s), Participant is required to, press the number which corresponds to the correct answer to the Daily Contest Question, using their TATA Sky television remote (“Answer”).
** For sake of clarity, if the first option to the Daily Contest Question(s) is the correct answer, then the Participant will have to press [1] on their TATA Sky television remote.
** Post submission of the Answer, a unique identification number will be generated on the television screen of the Participant (“Unique Number”).
** Participant is required to SMS the Unique Number from the mobile number registered with TATA Sky, in the name of the Participant (“Mobile Number”), to 56633 (“Option Number”), during the Daily Contest Period.
** It is hereby presumed by ZEEL that the Mobile Number and the TATA Sky subscription is in the name of the Participant.
** In the event of any conflict i.e if the mobile number and the TATA Sky subscription is registered in different names, then ZEEL shall have the sole authority to decide who will be considered as the participant for the purpose of this Contest.
** ZEEL’s decision shall be final and binding and no communications shall be entertained in this regard.
** For sake of illustration, if the Unique Number displayed on the Participant’s television screen is 1234, Participant is required to SMS 1234 to 56633 using their Mobile Number.
** The Answer is required to be given by the Participant within the duration of the Daily Contest Period.
