Play The Host Contest 2015:
Play The Host (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’) is brought to you by Oxigen Services (India) Private Limited (OSIPL/ Organiser).

The Contest is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of use. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, please do not participate, contest, review, access or apply for the same.

I. General Rules And Procedures Of The Contest :
** Unless otherwise cancelled, modified, altered or terminated exclusively by OSIPL the Contest shall be open from 11.00 AM IST of 8th September, 2015 till 11.00 PM IST of 30th September, 2015.
** The contest will take place under the supervision of an independent auditor.
** By participating, contesting, reviewing or otherwise accessing the Contest, Oxigen Wallet Users (Hereinafter ‘You’) agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. You agree to release, discharge and hold harmless OSIPL, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Contest without objection or demur.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, nothing shall be construed to be in derogation to the Terms of Uses by whatever name called of OSIPL’s other websites etc.

II. Eligibility:
** Contest is open to residents of India(except Tamil Nadu, due to Tamil Nadu State Laws) who are 10 years of age or older having a valid Oxigen Wallet Account , except employees and family members of the Organizer, its associated companies, its JV Partners, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors.
** Participation by people below 18 years of age shall be allowed subject to their parents’ or guardians’ consent and subject to the parents’ or guardians’ providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor. In such a case, the parent(s) or legal guardian of the minor may redeem the prize at their own cost by submitting/ executing the documents as required.
** The Registration for the Contest is open for Oxigen Wallet users only & is only through the Oxigen Wallet mobile application( participation is not possible through www.oxigenwallet.com or any other Oxigen website)

III. Participation Rules:
Participation is open, only for registered users of Oxigen Wallet who Sign Up/ Login to Oxigen Wallet app, and go to the ‘ASK’ tab followed by the ‘Play The Host’ tab and follow the steps to Register. The Contest is compatible with the latest versions of Android, iOS and Windows.

Step 1 : Click on “ASK” Tab in the Oxigen Wallet App and then select the “Play The Host” option

Step 2 : Enter your State and City
* The State Laws of Tamil Nadu do not support us to hold campaigns on the lines of Play The Host in the state. Thus, participations for Play The Host is not open for residents of Tamil Nadu and the cities therein.
* If your City is not mentioned in the drop down, please select a neighbouring city closeset to you.

Step 3 : Select one of the options provided, to play the host

Step 4: Submit a special message to the guest (optional)

Step 5 : Make at least one transaction on Oxigen Wallet in order to be eligible for the contest.

The following is considered a transaction:
** Send Money to Friend
** Gift Talk time
** Pay bills
** Recharge of Mobile, DTH or Data Card

*Please Note: Load money and Send money to bank are not considered as transactions. Also, if you opt for sending money (via social or any other channel) or gifting talk time, they qualify to be transactions only when the recipient receives the money sent/gifted.

** Only one entry will be allowed per person/ per phone number/ per wallet/ per region during the contest.The entries received via the above process will be considered.No direct entries on any of the Oxigen Wallet social channels will be entertained.
** In case of multiples entries received from same phone number/ One registration/ User ID, only first entry will be considered.
** Upon registration, your entry may reflect on the Contest microsite www.oxigen.com and Oxigen Wallet’s Social Media Pages.
** The events would be taking place region wise and would have a maximum of 20 winners per region. Travel and accommodation for the event has to be borne by the winners.
** Any submission which is offensive, indecent, objectionable or obscene shall be considered an invalid entry at the sole discretion of OSIPL.
** OSIPL reserves the right to amend the criteria used to judge entries, at any given point during the contest duration.
** OSIPL urges the use of personal and valid numbers of the participants for providing to the Organizer for easy tracking and corresponding
** OSIPL shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Oxigen Wallet Users Account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Oxigen Wallet User to ensure privacy and confidentiality of his Wallet Account while transacting through the same
** OSIPL and its agencies will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up in the real time monitoring of the submissions sent out by participants during the Contest Period. The redemption of the prize shall be governed by the terms and conditions.
** An invalid entry /submission by a Participant is liable to be rejected. OSIPL reserves the right to reject any entry/ without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by OSIPL for rejecting any entry /submission shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
** By participating in the promotion the participant waives the conditions of the DND directory.
** All of the information that OSIPL collects from you, such as registration details, beneficiary account details and Debit/credit card information etc., is subject to its privacy policy. Please read its full Privacy policy available on www.oxigenwallet.com.

You agree and acknowledge that the content of this Contest including without limitation creative, image, text, video or picture used on the Play the Host, Oxigen Wallet website or any of Oxigen Wallet’s social or other channels are Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of OSIPL… You agree and acknowledge not to remove, obscure, alter, Replicate or copy the IPR of OSIPL for promotional, personal or any other reason and if you do so then this shall have legal consequences.

IV. Rules For Winners:
** Final selection of the winner will be at the sole discretion of OSIPL. The selection would take place by an independent manner and the process of selection would be absolutely random.
** There are 3 winning events- Tea Twenty, Ghar pe and Dil Se. Each giving a chance to the winners of personally (individually/ collectively) meeting the SA players.
** OSIPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity and without notice.
** Winner will receive a phone call, an SMS on their participating number or a Push Notification to this effect. Also, his name will be flashed on the microsite.
** Cities, Venues, Locations, Dates and List of players for interaction, will be subject to availability or last minute modification by the SA T-20 Team.
** Winners below the age of 18 years need to have the consent of their parent/guardian and need to be accompanied by only a single parent or guardian to the winning event. OSIPL does not take the responsibility of their custodianship.
** The winners’ cost of travel, transport and accommodation for any of the events will have to be borne by the participant and would not be the responsibility of OSIPL.
** Notification of the Winner’s status must be kept confidential until the results are publicly revealed by the Organizer or the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited.
** The winning entries will be adjudged by an independent panel of judges appointed by the organizer OSIPL and the decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained. OSIPL shall not be obliged to make any public announcements about the winners of the Contest.
** OSIPL or its representatives will contact the winner at the contact number which used at the time of participating by him and verify the claim before redeeming the prize
** The winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hrs for collecting necessary documents for verification. In case the winner is not reachable or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another participant or forfeit the Prize, without any further notice to the winner.
** OSIPL may collect the self attested documents like proof of ID, Address, Age, copy of PAN card/form 60 besides other documents (in case of minor all self attested documents will provide by guardians along with winner documents ) as required against a receipt and verify the claim before redeeming the prize. Award of prizes is subject to the verification by the Auditor. After verification the prize winner will be informed the entire process of redemption of the prize.
** The Winners will be required to sign receipts, affidavits, indemnity, agreements and/or documents as required by the OSIPL at the time of receipt of Prizes.
** Winning participants are to confirm participation/availability for the event, 48 hours in advance, failing which, OSIPL has the right to pass on their entry ticket to another deserving candidate.
** The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances
** No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prize.
** OSIPL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Promotion or due to participation by any person in the Promotion.
** OSIPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the prize.
** At the OSIPL’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Organizer using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this contest (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.
** Gratification of prize may be suspended /cancelled due to safety, security concerns, rain and other force majeure conditions. All cancelled events shall not be held again and the winners shall not have any claim against OSIPL for the same. OSIPL shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the winners undertake not to claim any compensation from OSIPL for the same.
** In the event of a death of the Winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the winner will be entertained for receiving the Prize.

Note:
Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by OSIPL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Oxigen Wallet User and OSIPL. The Place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against OSIPL.
