Awards:
** All winners, including those receiving special mention, will receive a certificate.
** 1st prize 10000/-
** 2nd prize 5000/-
** 3rd prize 3000/-
** 3 highly commended awards certificate (without cash)
** SelectedPhotograph may be Displayed on the International Gita Jayanti Mahotsav Kurukshetra, Haryana

Entry Criteria:
** The contest is open to any photographer, amateur or professional, of the state.
** Entrants must be over 18 years.
** There will be no entry fees.
** Each photographer may submit up to Two photos plus a completed application form.
** If your photo(s) is shortlisted, you will be asked to re-submit it in high resolution (300 dpi in soft copy). If deemed necessary, an entrant may also be requested to submit the original sourcefiles.
** Submission are made between 10:00-04:00pm (Accept Saturday, Sunday) in working day, from 21- 28 November 2016 in department of fine arts, kuk in CD format only along with bio data completion form in both hard copy & soft copy.

By submitting the photograph for consideration, the photographer attests that:
** Entry is an original photograph
** S/he created the image and owns full copyright to pictures submitted.
** Entrant is prepared to certify this attestation on request.
** Submitted image has not been published in the past.
** Submitted image has not been submitted in Any other contests.
** Submissions are in compliance with the legal and copyright laws of his/her photographs

Conditions of Contest:
** Photos/CD submitted to the contest will not be returned.
** Incomplete application forms will be Rejected.
** Organizers is not liable for any late, misrouted, lost or damaged entries.
** Organizers staff(Dept of fine arts employee & KDB employee), their immediate family members and staff from institutions sponsoring or associated with the contest are not eligible to participate.
** Organizers will print selected photographs for display in appropirate size.
** Organizers reserves the right to cancel or modify these rules anytime at its sole discretion. Entrants agree to be bound by such changes.
** Photographers whose contact information has changed during the course of the contest are responsible for notifying the organizers.
** Winners will be notified no earlier than 1 Dec. 2016.
