Tata Litlive MyStory Contest 2015:
Tata Literature Live’s My Story contest is all about giving upcoming writers – and their work – the importance due to them. Even among the unpublished writers of the literary world there is often gold to be found and MyStory is Literature Live’s effort to find it; to give their words the audience they deserve. Tata LitLive MyStory Contest 2015 Terms & Conditions:
** Users can choose any topic or subject to write about.
** Hate speech or sexually graphic content will automatically be disqualified.
** Submissions should not exceed 5000 characters.
** There is no minimum character or word length. Haikus, poetry and limericks are welcome.
** Entries can be in any language.
** A total of six winners will be selected. Three will be based on the number of public votes they receive, and three will be decided based solely on literary merit, by our jury.
** Please note, since some of the winners will be influenced by the number of popular votes, shorter works are preferable.
** The ten submissions with the highest number of public votes at the time of closing will be judged by a panel of eminent writers and literateurs. Three winners will be picked from this shortlist.
** Each contestant can submit only one original piece of writing.
** Only six winners will be picked.
** Submissions close on 24th September, 2015 at midnight. The submission period is followed by a voting period that ends at midnight on 5 October, 2015. The top ten stories will be judged by the LitLive committee and three winning entries will be selected.
** Winners will not be reimbursed for travel and other expenses to attend and participate in the festival.
Privacy Policy:
** Stories submitted to the LitLive contest are the property of Literature Live! and can be used in any print, video or online form associated with Literature Live!
** Stories will not be used for any commercial purpose, only for promoting Literature Live’s monthly or annual events.
** User details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the express consent of the user.
Grand Prize:
The six winning entries (or an extract, depending on the length of the piece) will be published in the Literature Live brochure. The names of the winners will be read out before the Literature Live First Book Awards and may be invited to read out their work.

Should this be only fiction/story format or any other formats like poetry or non-fiction?
