By participating in the “ZOOM Salman Birthday Contest” on www.zoomtv.com and the Zoom Tv mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms:-

The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. The Contest will be held between 27th December, 2016 and 27th December, 2016 (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period).
About the Contest:
For promotion and amplification of the Zoom website and app, the Contest gives the Participant a chance to engage and win prizes.
How to participate:
** Download the App from the ‘iOS App Store’ or ‘Android Play Store’ or Windows play store or log onto zoomtv.com
** Register on the App / website
** There will be four questions on the contest day
** Comment with the correct answer on every question
** The Participant with correct answers to the 4 questions will be entitled to be selected as winner. The winner of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices (“Winner(s)”).
** All the entries will be stored in a backend system operated by BCCL and/or any person/agency appointed by BCCL.
** You as the Participant are hereby informed that they are responsible for any data/internet charges that may be applicable for Participation and You are advised to check with the telecom operator before Participation.
Each Winner as selected by BCCL will get a chance to win one of the following (“Prize”):
** 1 (one) Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phone
** 10 (ten) JBL Headphones
** The value and specifications of the Prize may be subject to change, which shall be decided by BCCL at its sole discretion.
** The Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes including gift tax.
