Mastiii ka Love Angle Contest:
1. TV Vision Limited holds the Mastiii ka Love Angle a contest on Mastiii channel (“Channel”) (hereinafter “Contest”). Contest starts from 20th January, 2017 and ending on 10th February, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

2. The Contest shall be promoted on the Channel as well as Digital Platform of Mastiii Channel. Contest shall be promoted as deemed fit to TV Vision Ltd., at its sole discretion, by way of on air promos or any other means.
3. This Contest is open to residents of the India, aged 18 years or over, except for employees of TV Vision Limited, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
4. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the contestant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the TV Vision Ltd. shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions within the Contest period only.
5. To enter into the Contest, contestants shall share their love or friendship stories and message the same on the Facebook Page of Mastiii Channel. The stories submitted shall not be more than 150 words. TV Vision Ltd., will select 8 of the best stories from the entries submitted and produce a video of the story submitted. Stories selected for the video shall deem to be Winners of the Contest.
All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date. Contestants are warned not to post anything that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or which otherwise violate any local or international laws.
6. All stories submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published. In consideration of their participating in the Contest, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to TV Vision Limited to feature any or all of the submitted stories in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
7. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
8. TV Vision Ltd. shall be at its absolute discretion to vary or amend the promotion and the Contest and the winner agrees that no liability shall attach to the TV Vision Ltd. as a result thereof.
