TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
The Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions, are collectively herein after referred to as “Terms and Conditions”.

Specific Terms and Conditions :
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) entering the Wrogn Auditions (“Auditions”) conducted by Universal Sportsbiz Private Limited (“USPL”). Information on how to enter the Auditions and prize details published on the Wrogn website wrogn.in (“Website”) and on the Wrogn App available on the App Store and on Google Play (“App”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participants shall be required to enter the Auditions through the App or the Website by signing into their Google+ or Facebook account which is a mandatory requirement.

2. By entering the Auditions, all Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you are not agreeable to any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not click on the “check box” and please do not participate in the Auditions.

3. All participants must be living persons and must possess a valid working Indian mobile telephone number in their name. Participants must not be less than eighteen (18) years old. Notwithstanding the above, a Participant must: (i) not be less than twenty five (25) years old; (ii) be an Indian citizen; (iii) be a resident of India; and (iv) possess a valid Indian passport; to be eligible for the Primary Prize of the Auditions (“Primary Prize Eligibility Requirements”). This requirement forms an essential part of the Auditions. The age of all Participants to be calculated from September 12, 2015. All entries in the Auditions will be automatically disqualified without notice if an entrant is less than eighteen (18) years of age or if he/she promotes the Auditions through unsolicited commercial e-mail and/or multiple postings. All Participants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the Primary Prize (as defined below) and/or the Secondary Prize (as defined below) does not contravene any local laws or regulations. The Auditions shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. All entries must be submitted through the Website or the App during the term of the Auditions commencing on September 12, 2015 and ending before midnight IST on September 25, 2015 (“Closing Date”). Each Participant must submit his/her entries through the Website or the App on or before the Closing Date. No calls to USPL will be accepted. By entering the Auditions, each Participant promises that he/she fulfils the eligibility requirements. USPL reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and the eligibility of Participants at any time during or after the Auditions, to disqualify any entries and to not consider entries that are incomplete, illegible, lost or damaged. In the event of any dispute concerning the eligibility of any Participant, USPL’s decision shall be final.

5. Participants shall be required to answer ten (10) questions correctly as part of the Auditions. A Participant shall be granted access to the next question only upon him/her answering the current question correctly. If a Participant answers any of the questions incorrectly, he/she shall not be permitted to proceed further in the Auditions unless stated otherwise. If a Participant answers all ten (10) questions correctly, his/her entry shall be considered as a correct entry provided such Participant is in compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Correct Entry”). 1 (one) primary winner will be selected amongst all the Correct Entries for the Auditions received by USPL from Participants who fulfill the Primary Prize Eligibility Requirements (“Primary Winner”). Thereafter, 10,000 (Ten Thousand) secondary winners will be selected amongst the remaining Correct Entries (i.e. other than the Primary Winner) for the Auditions received by USPL (“Secondary Winners”). The selection will be based on a random selection by a computer software, which will generate random winners. USPL will appoint an independent auditor to conduct this random selection of winners and to verify the results of the Auditions. The decision of USPL will be final, binding and non-contestable.

6. The results of the Auditions will be put up on the Website and the App on October 01, 2015. USPL has the right to change this date by stating the same on the Website and the App.

7. The Primary Winner will win an All Expense Paid (as defined below) trip to Las Vegas, United States of America (USA) for himself/herself and for three (3) of his/her Guest(s) (“Primary Prize”). “All Expense Paid” shall mean economy return air ticket from the nearest airport of origin (in the territory of India), accommodation for 2 (two) nights and 3 (three) days on twin/triple sharing basis at a 4 (four) star accommodation of USPL’s choice, transfers to and from the airport at Las Vegas, USA to the hotel, one half day tour of Las Vegas, USA visa charges, daily breakfast at the hotel, food and beverage vouchers of such value as intimated by USPL for the Primary Winner and his/her Guests. The Primary Winner agrees that any additional expenses incurred by him/her and/or his/her Guests, including but not limited to expenses in relation to meals and beverages that are not mentioned above or any other expenses not informed by USPL to the Primary Winner in writing to be part of the prize, shall have to be borne by the Primary Winner and USPL shall not be liable for the same. The Primary Winner shall only be permitted to bring along three (3) guests who are not less than twenty five (25) years old and possess a valid passport, as part of the Primary Prize (“Guest(s)”). Each Secondary Winner will receive one (1) Wrogn branded Tee-shirt from USPL (“Secondary Prize”). The Primary Prize, the Secondary Prize and any other prizes in the Auditions may be subject to variation at the discretion of USPL, and any change will be final and binding upon every Participant who enters the Auditions.

8. The prizes for the Auditions will be given to the winner as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The winner must accept his/her prize in that form. Under no circumstances will cash be given as an alternative. The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at USPL’s sole discretion. USPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if a prize or a component of it cannot be awarded as described.

9. USPL will send an email to the Participant(s) of the Auditions that have won prizes from the Auditions at the email address mentioned by the Participant(s) as part of the Auditions stating the timeline within which the Participant(s) must collect/use the prize being awarded. In the event the Participant(s) does not confirm his/her acceptance of the prize within the stated timeline, the Participant(s) acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall forfeit the prize being awarded and USPL shall have the right to award the same prize(s) to another Participant(s) by undertaking the process of selection stated in paragraph 5 above. USPL reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner it deems fit. The Participant who wins the Primary Prize of the Auditions further acknowledges and agrees that in the event he/she and/or his/her Guest(s) are not granted a visa for the United States of America and/or any other country of transit, such Participant and his/her Guest(s) shall forfeit the Primary Prize being awarded and USPL shall have the right to award the same Primary Prize to another Participant(s) by undertaking the process of selection stated in paragraph 5 above.

10. USPL is not responsible for failure to contact any potential winner, and will not be responsible for contacting or awarding the prizes to any selected Participant that provides incorrect or incomplete information, or who does not respond to USPL’s e-mail or telephone calls or SMSs within the time periods provided, for any reason whatsoever. Further, in no event shall USPL be held liable for a prize if it does not reach the winners or awardees for reasons beyond its control, or if a Participant selected for the Primary Prize and/or his/her Guest(s) are not granted a visa and/or entry into any country including but not limited to the United States of America.

11. In relation to the Primary Prize, the Primary Winner and his/her Guest(s) must possess valid travel documentation including but not limited to a passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of proposed departure from India) and a visa prior to the departure, failing which the entire Primary Prize will be forfeited. The entire Primary Prize must be utilized within a period of six (6) months of announcement of the Primary Winner by USPL, failing which the Primary Prize shall be forfeited.

12. Winners will be liable for any taxes, duties and/or surcharges that may be levied on competition/contest prizes/awards and for any expenses not specified in the description of the prizes.

13. Each Participant expressly grants USPL and its representatives the right to call him/her and send him/her text messages / SMSs on the telephone number provided by such Participant to USPL as part of the Auditions. Further, each Participant undertakes that he/she shall only provide a telephone number to USPL that is in his/her name. Moreover, each Participant expressly grants USPL and its representatives the right to send him/her emails on the email address provided by such Participant to USPL as part of the Auditions.
