ELIGIBILITY:
Students of the listed colleges who are up to 25 years of age as on the date of commencement of the Contest can submit entries
The Contest is not open to:
(i) Persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that prohibits them from participating in the Contest;
(ii) The employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of organizer, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, “Spawake”) and
(iii) Advertising and Promotion agencies, vendors and persons or entities connected with the promotion of the Contest
WINNERS / PRIZES:
One winner shall be selected on the basis of personality, talent, social media presence and Judges’ Criteria
Participation in the Grand Finale section of ‘Spawake Beautiful You’ Contest shall be subject to terms & conditions
‘Spawake Beautiful You’ contest is promoted by Kose Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.
The Duration of the Contest is September 28th, 2015 to October 16th, 2015.
RULES TO WIN :
Register :
Candidates of the Delhi University colleges visited by Fever 104 FM will fill a form, take a Selfie and upload it on their FB profile with #SpawakeBeautifulYou, and tag @Spawake.
SELECTION :
First Phase :
150 girls from the registered candidates will be selected for the next phase.
Second Phase :
a. Judges at Fever 104 FM will further select 29 girls out of the 150 candidates.
b. One lucky girl will be given a Wild Card entry, taking the total number of selected girls to 30.
Third Phase :
A photo shoot will be held for the 30 selected candidates. A photo of the candidate from the shoot will be updated on Spawake FB page.
Contestants will have to share the link of their photos on their FB profile and ask their friends to “Like” the photo in Spawake’s page. The candidate with the maximum number of “Likes” will be declared “Miss Popular”.
Final Phase :
All 30 candidates will now be part of fashion show -ramp walk etc. Judges will be present, and they will make the final selection – Winner, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up.
The winner of #SpawakeBeautifulYou will be crowned “Miss Spawake” and awarded a prize money worth Rs. 80000 along with other hampers
The second runner up will be awarded a prize money worth Rs. 40,000 along with other hampers
The Third runner up will be awarded a prize money worth Rs. 25,000 along with other hampers
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. All the participants must abide by the eligibility criteria
2. The participants can get registered at the respective Spawake kiosk in their colleges
3. The participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein
4. Each entry should be supported with a candidate’s best picture, college ID card no., name, age, Facebook id and contact details.
5. Winner of the Contest will be contacted individually as per the contact details provided by them.
6. Spawake does not take any responsibility for any lost or late entries.
7. All the lucky semi-finalist will be informed by phone or email by 5th October 2015.
8. The contest winners will be decided at the sole discretion of Spawake Team.
9. Spawake shall be permitted to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at itssole discretion.
10. Spawake reserves the right to exclude late, incomplete or multiple registrations, or registrations made by third parties or agents.
11. All the Semi-finalists will have 24 hours to respond or the decision will stand cancelled
12. By entering the competition, candidate agrees to the terms and conditions of this contest
13. In addition, Spawake may pass your personal information to the promoters of this contest and their data processors. However, we always demand that any such parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow
14. Spawake reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Contest. No correspondence will be shared in this regard
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Spawake be liable whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this contest.
16. The semi final round will be conducted around 10th October 2015
17. The semi finalist will be expected to be present on time at the venue.
18. In case of participants not reaching in time, the entries will stand cancelled.
19. There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else
20. The Finalist will be declared on 16th October 2015
21. The Contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
