Terms & Conditions:
1. This contest is brought to you by Automotive Exchange Pvt. Ltd. (‘CarWale’) and Volvo Cars and any participation in this regard is voluntary.
2. This contest is open only to bonafide citizens of India in their individual capacity who are above the age of 18 years as on 01 Jan 2017. Employees of CarWale and their direct relations are not eligible to win any prizes under this promotion.
3. The contest is open between 07 April 2017 and 11 April 2017, both days inclusive (‘Promotion Period’).
4. In order to participate and have a chance to win, a person needs to enter the #S60PolestarDrive contest by answering a simple question on the Volvo S60 Polestar through the web form available at www.carwale.com/volvos60polestar/.
5. The lucky 10 winners will be announced on 13 April 2017.

6. Winners will be announced on CarWale’s Facebook and Twitter channels and will also receive an E-mail and SMS from CarWale on their submitted e-mail id and mobile number respectively.

It is the responsibility of the participants to check for these winner announcements and for the winners to respond to CarWale in the manner communicated, before 11.55 pm, 12 April, 2017 via e-mail, failing which CarWale, at its own sole discretion, reserves the right to assign a different winner for that contest, or withdraw the results of the contest.

7. Winners will get an opportunity to drive the newly launched Volvo S60 Polestar along with the expert drivers from Polestar global team.
8. All decisions in respect of the contest will be at the sole discretion of CarWale and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.
9. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of gifts.
10. CarWale shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the contest or during the drive.
11. CarWale reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
12. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against CarWale.
