Ultra Golf Kart Championship 2015:
Ultra Golf Kart Championship objective is to provide the opportunity to the future engineers to design, fabricate and conceive the golf kart breaking the traditional way and thinking out of the box. UGKC aims at creating the new design of golf kart which can be sustainably and practically used on and off roads. The vehicle must be battery powered with a minimum load carrying capacity of 200 Kg. Ultra Golf kart Championship is intercollegiate designing and fabricating competition which provides opportunity to engineering students to demonstrate their skills in designing and fabricating a comfortable, feasible, eco-friendly, economically advanced and smartly engineered golf car which can run on golf course, mud area and on roads
Competition Objective:
Ultra Golf Kart Championship’s objective is to provide the opportunity to the future engineers to design, fabricate and conceive the golf kart breaking the traditional way and thinking out of the box.
UGKC aims at creating the new design of golf kart which can be sustainably and practically used on and off roads with a minimum load carrying capacity of 200 Kg.
Vehicle Objective:
** The teams are to assume that they want to start a Golf Kart manufacturing company which will design and fabricate eco-friendly and cost effective Golf Kart for a new and emerging market.
** The vehicle should have good performance in terms of range, acceleration, braking, handling and durability to ensure effective participation in all the events as described in the UGKC rules.
** Once the vehicle is manufactured and successfully tested , the company should adopt an innovative marketing strategy to commercialize the vehicle.
** Every design will be thoroughly analysed and examined .Hence evaluated on the basis of its consistency and overall performance.
Registration:
The registration and fee submission will proceed in two stages:
1. Registration for the qualifier
2. Vehicle registration and team registration after the declaration of qualifier results
Teams can register themselves on the event website. After registering the team send the scanned copy of payment receipt at event website and official email id i.e. ugkc.mmu@gmail.com
The mail must contain Team Name, Captain Name & Name of the college and all the correspondence should be done through team email id or captain?s email id.
As soon as we receive your mail regarding payment we will confirm your registration
Registration Fee:
A registration fee of 3,000 INR will be charged towards the qualification stage (Virtual Round). Further a fee of 9,000 INR will be charged per entry upon subsequent qualification into the main event. Procedures to pay the fees are listed below and the detailed information is available on event website. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Entries for the event:
There are no restrictions of number of teams from a college/university but one student can be a member from one team only and cannot represent more than one team in any case
Important Dates:
15 Septembers, 2015 Last Date for registration of team for virtual.
17 September, 2015 Last Date for payment of registration fee for virtual event.
15 October, 2015 Virtual Round.
16 October, 2015 Virtual Round.
10 November, 2015 Last Date of registration for main event.
3 March, 2015 Starting of Main Event.
