TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS “MEET & GREET” OFFER (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “Offer”). BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE OFFER AND THEREBY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE T&C MENTIONED HEREUNDER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE T&C, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER.

The Offer is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communication Limited, a company having its registered office at 1st floor, Devika Tower, Nehru place, New Delhi -110019 and Corporate Office at B121, Sector 5, Noida, UP, 201301 (hereinafter referred to as “one97 ”)in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (herein after referred to as “Idea”).

Also, by participating in this Contest, you:
** Warrant that you have read understood and agreed to confirm to these Terms and Conditions.

** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that you have submitted.

By participating in the offer you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Duration/ Term of the Offer
This Offer is open for a limited period only i.e. from 2nd Day of Oct , 2015 at 00:00 hrs till 31st Day of DEC, 2015 at 23:59:59 hrs . This Offer is being brought to you by One97 and the Gratifications of the Offer are sponsored by One97 exclusively for the Subscribers1 of Idea. Idea is merely providing its base and SMSC to facilitate the Offer.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
2.1 The Offer is open for all active pre-paid & Post-paid category of Subscribers of Idea, in the below mentioned telecom circles (the “Subscribers”).

2.2. The employees of Idea & ONE97, their group companies affiliate or associate companies; are not eligible to participate in this Offer.

2.3. In order to be eligible for this Offer, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria-
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/Se must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.)
** He/She must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DoT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.

3. Participation, Charges & Selection of the highest scorer
3.1. Participation:
This Offer is meant for the new and existing Subscribers of “Cricket pack” service provided by Idea (“Service”). Participation by the Subscriber in this Offer is voluntary. To participate in this Offer, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to do the following –

(ii) A Subscriber has to register itself as the Participant for the Offer by dialing a short code mentioned in sub clause 3.2. Post the registration as subscriber of the Service, a Participant shall be eligible for participating in the Offer. It is also specifically agreed by the Participants / Subscribers that the decision of ONE97 and/or Idea shall be final and binding upon them and agree not to dispute, seek clarification from either ONE97 or Idea or both.

(iii) The Subscribers will be asked 10 skill/knowledge based questions through IVR system on 4th Jan & 5th Jan 2016. A Subscriber scoring highest in skill-based question round in least amount of time will be gratified as per the terms mentioned herein. In case of a tie between two or more highest scorers, such highest scorers shall be asked additional 5 (five) questions through IVR.

3.2 Applicable Charges:
(i) Following charges shall be applicable for the subscription/ participation in the Service.

Note:-
** All GRATIFICATIONs would be selected at the end of Offer based on the highest score of the participant in question and answer round on IVR.

** Each Subscriber will be eligible for one GRATIFICATION only.

** After the selection and validation of the successful highest scorers of all the above mentioned GRATIFICATIONs, the highest scorers will be contacted, through SMS or calls, for 3 consecutive days, and will be given further details as to how, when and where they can redeem their respective . The highest scorers shall be required to provide their address to which may be sent by ONE97, by calling the number provided in the SMS. Delivery of will be subject to the highest scorers giving the correct address and his/her availability there. The highest scorers agree that there shall be no liability on ONE97 or Idea in the event such message does not reach such highest scorers on any account whatsoever. In the event that any of the highest scorers cannot be reached or are ineligible or are disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the ONE97 reserves the right to forfeit the GRATIFICATION/s at their sole discretion.

** The GRATIFICATIONs offered in this Offer will be sponsored and distributed by ONE97. The GRATIFICATION/s offered in this Offer may be given (but not obligated to) to the Successful highest scorers during a special event, the venue, date and time of which shall be announced by ONE97, at their sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Offer.

** Price over and above as mentioned in point 4 will be bear by the highest scorer.

5. It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers that mere participation to this Offer during the Offer Period, does not entitle the Subscriber/s to claim the GRATIFICATION. He /she should be a selected highest scorer by ONE97 & Idea, to claim the GRATIFICATION mentioned above.

6. It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers that the selected Subscriber shall have to be the rightful owner of the particular mobile phone number/ connection, registered as per the records maintained by IDEA Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive). If a selected Successful Subscriber is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful owner/user of the particular mobile connection, IDEA reserves the right to award the GRATIFICATION to the next eligible Successful Subscriber.

7. By participating in the Offer, the Subscribers confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agree to receive only transactional messages related to the Offer from ONE97 / Idea, as they may deem fit and proper, at their sole and absolute discretion. However, the Subscriber registered with the National Do Not Call Registry would not receive any promotional messages relating to any other product of ONE97/Idea unless he/she is categorically subscribed for the same

8. By participating in the Offer, the Subscriber hereby further understands and agrees that ONE97 shall at its sole discretion be responsible for inter-alia the selection of the highest scorers and delivery of the GRATIFICATION at the mentioned venue of the choice of Idea & ONE97. The decision of ONE97 in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Subscriber.

9. The Highest scorers shall be intimated through web-site of Idea. The results of the Offer shall be published /uploaded on the website of Idea ideacellular.com .The subscriber/s can log into the aforementioned address to check if he /she has won the GRATIFICATION from the Offer. The subscribers/highest scorers are required to be vigilant on their part in gathering information regarding the selection of Highest scorers and/or for collection of GRATIFICATION. The date and time of selection of highest scorers shall be within 30 working days from the date of the closure of the Offer and the information shall be uploaded on the website as afore said, after the closure of the Offer. The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that Idea’s responsibility in the Offer is limited only to the extent of communicating the list of highest scorers to ONE97 and uploading the results on its web-site. It is specifically mentioned that no information by post/courier/fax/telegram or any other mode shall be given by the ONE97.

10. One97 will arrange the travel tickets for the highest scorers who have got the GRATIFICATION as per clause 3.1 & Clause 4 of the T&C to the event venue Mumbai by air or by train from nearest airport/ railway station with maximum cost up to Rs. 20,000 per highest scorer(Subject to availability).

11. The Participants including the highest scorers understand and agree that acceptance of the GRATIFICATIONs by the highest scorers, constitutes grant of permission to IDEA as well as ONE97 and its affiliates, to click photographs of the highest scorers and use the highest scorers names, photocopy, preferences (likes and dislikes), voice and comments for adverting and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, only for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever. The Subscribers including the highest scorers, hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for sharing /submission of his/her personal information with ONE97

12. The Participants including the highest scorers understand and agree that the GRATIFICATION(s) under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the GRATIFICATIONs shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific GRATIFICATIONs and shall have to be duly complied with by the highest scorers. The GRATIFICATION is subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.

13. All highest scorers must claim within TEN (10) working days from the date of intimation along with the documents specified herein below. *The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the highest scorers include the following-
** Identity Proof
** Address Proof
** PAN Card and
** Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations
*(the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law)

14 The GRATIFICATION(s) to the highest scorers shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable processes /formalities in connection with the GRATIFICATION(s) and on production all such documents/papers mentioned in clause 12 of this T&C and as required by Idea/ ONE97 before accepting the delivery of the GRATIFICATION. Any failure on the part of the highest scorers to comply with directions issued by Idea/ ONE97 for claim of GRATIFICATION shall entitle Idea/ ONE97 to forfeit the GRATIFICATION.

15. In case of any queries/ complaints, the Subscribers shall have to contact Idea Customer Care and if the query/ complaint are not solved with Idea Customer Care, then the Subscriber shall be routed to ONE97 at B – 121, Sector 5, Noida – 201301,

16. The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Idea/ ONE97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents etc. be responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.
