Winners get Rs1 lakh, Rs 50k and Rs 25k to implement their plans during DaanUtsav 2017

Rules :
** It is a team event.
** Teams has to Create Plans for #DaanUtsav 2017 celebrations in form of Plan/Model on August 5 at Venue.
** All participants from a given State will form 1 “team” and work together on August 5 to create their plans.
** Plans should be “doable” and must mention WHO from the team will take responsibility to execute various elements of the plans between Oct 2-8.
** Plans must include a description of what they will use the prize money for. Plans can involve mobilizing additional resources from other sources if required.
** Only registered delegates (students & faculty) are eligible to participate in this contest
** Volunteers will assist these teams
** Teams has to exhibit/explain their plan on August 6 morning at Venue
** Top 3 teams selected by the Jury, which will go through all the plans exhibited on August 6 morning.
General Information For Contest Participants :
** All submission/entries to be send to youthinchange@manipal.edu
** Subject for the email entry should be “Entry for ……….(Contest Name)”
** Last Date to participate in contest: July 10
** All contests are open to registered college students only.
** All entries for contest should contain a separate word file with the following details: Name/s of participants with Reg.no, College name, Mobile no, Email id
** It is not compulsory to register for the conference to send entry for the contests. However, registration is compulsory to participate in Jury rounds of the contests.
** Physical presence of Participants for Jury rounds during conference is compulsory. If a participant (selected for jury round) is not able to attend the conference then the next participant in line will be selected.
** For team events, all team members need to register for the conference (for jury rounds)
** Travel charges of contestants to attend Jury rounds during the conference has to be borne by contestants only.
** Free accommodation for contestants may be provided based on the availability only.
** Results of selection for Jury Rounds will be informed to selected candidates only via email.
