Introduction :
“Let us spare no effort to ensure that policies, programmes, guidelines and 21st century technologies are accessible to persons with disabilities, and sensitive to their perspectives and experiences”. – Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, UN Secretary-General
Disability is a part of the human condition; and almost everyone will be temporarily or permanently impaired at some point in life. There are currently more than a billion people with disabilities around the world – that’s around 15% of the population of the planet.
Symbiosis Law School, Noida has taken the task of promoting the rights of the forgotten differently-abled minority group.
