Digital IQ Challenge/ Contest 2015:
Simply Digital “Digital IQ Challenge” hereafter called “Contest” will be governed by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.

2. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.

3. The contest shall commence from May 20, 2015 noon and shall terminate on June 30, 2015 noon.

4. The contest is open to residents in India only. Partners of Simply Digital and immediate family members of the partner are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

5. Contest will be hosted on simplydigital.in/participate

6. A participant has to be a Facebook user.

7. Participants can login to the contest using their Facebook profiles (https://www.facebook.com, username and password). After login, participants will be directed to take the contest.

8. Simply Digital will have the rights to delete / disqualify any participant in case, any participant’s text which is insulting, rude, appalling, insensitive, offensive in nature/ against moral sensibilities shall be not beconsidered for participation and duly rejected. Simply Digital strongly discourage rude or insulting posts or entries, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts, use of abusive language and profane words in your post or for any other participant/s. Simply Digital shall block all such Facebook profiles from the Contest.

9. Simply Digital reserves the right to disqualify any participant / even winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest.

10. Simply Digital shall not be responsible in any manner to anybody including any of the participants for the misuse of any text submissions on Facebook in this Contest.

11. Any Participant using manipulative means to garner more shares or jeopardise any other Participant’s entry by any means shall be banned from the Contest.

12. Simply Digital and a jury appointed by Simply Digital reserves the sole rights to finalize the winners. Their decision on the winners is final and binding for all participants.

13. The winners shall be required to produce valid identity proofs. The winners shall be required to provide selfattested proof of identity, proof of residence, email copy and all other necessary documents for verification. In case of the validation failure, the winners’ candidature will be cancelled.

14. Simply Digital will have the right to use the database of users to promote Simply Digital services.

15. Simply Digital may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.

16. The ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein and as amended/ modified from time to time as mentioned at the Simply Digital’s website simplydigital.in shall apply to this Contest.

17. In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Simply Digital, Simply Digital shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

18. Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.

19. Contest is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.

20. Participants who have not attained the age of majority i.e. 18 shall be required to get a written consent from the parent/ guardian in order to claim prize.

21. Winners must claim the prize & submit all documents for reviews in the manner communicated by Simply Digital. In case the winner fails to contact the specified person on or before a designated date, the Winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize/s.

22. Simply Digital may change these conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
