i. Birthday Party registration open to only Mumbai Audience

ii. Age limit of kids: 2 years to 16 years
iii. Engagement ideas, return gifts etc. have to be chosen from the options given by Viacom18
iv. Viacom18 has engaged the services of Freshbox Entertainment & Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Freshbox”) to conduct Birthday parties.
v. Parents to make all payments in favor of “Freshbox Entertainment & Media Pvt. Ltd.” before the Birthday Party as Freshbox is the collecting agent for Viacom18’s Birthday parties.
vi. There will not be any refund upon cancellation.
vii. Registration should be done at least 11 days prior to the date of Birthday party.
viii. Additional expenses, if any to be incurred at the Birthday party shall be paid to Freshbox on the date of Birthday party
ix. Games during the Birthday party will have to be decided from the options provided by Viacom18
x. Food & Cake shop/options needs to be chosen from the options given by Viacom18
xi. F&B can be organized by the Parents at their option.
xii. Alcoholic beverages will not be served during Birthday party.
xiii. Any queries, concerns or disputes with regards to the Birthday Parties shall be addressed by Freshbox.
xiv. Viacom18 reserve the right to change/ modify terms and conditions at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.

xv. Participation implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions. Viacom18, and its affiliates may shoot videos, click photographs and use the same for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.

xvi. In case of any dispute or difference, the decision of Viacom18 shall be final and binding on all concerned.
xvii. The Birthday Party shall be governed by the laws of India subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone.
xviii. The decision of Viacom18 in connection with the Birthday Party will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
