The AMTI is a pioneer organization in promoting and conducting Mathematics Talent Tests in India.

Eligible Classes:
Students from Schools, Junior Colleges of all boards, Degree Colleges and Technological Institutions in India and also Schools affiliated to the CBSE abroad.

2	Sub Junior	Kaprekar Contest	VII and VIII Standards
3	Junior	Bhaskara Contest	IX and X Standards
4	Inter	Ramanujan Contest	XI and XII Standards
5	Senior	Aryabhata Contest	Degree Classes in Arts, Science & Technical Colleges

Medium:
English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil or Telugu (at present). The medium for Senior Level is English only.

Charges :
Rs. 50/- per candidate (out of which Rs.10/- only will be retained by the institution for all expenses and Rs.40/- per candidate to be sent to AMTI.) The amount paid once is not refundable on any account.

Time Schedule :

Despatch of 10% best results	05-09-2017
Final Test	28th October 2017 (Saturday) 1 to 4 pm
Despatch of Answer Books	Same day (only by Speed post)
Announcement of Results	By the end of the December 2017

Mode Of Examination:
** Your institution shall be the centre for your students and the Principal or the person authorized by him/her shall be in charge of the proper conduct of the examinations for the PRELIMINARY LEVEL / screening test.
** Individuals applying will be intimated the center at which they should take the examination.
** Every candidate except the senior level will take two tests-Preliminary Test and Final Test. See details below.

Preliminary Test:
** It will consist of objective type questions in multiple choice types and fill in the blanks, each 50% of the total.
** The responses in the preliminary test will be written in the response sheet to be sent by the AMTI. Preliminary test will be conducted in your institution and also evaluated BY YOU and the top about 10% scorers at each level in the Preliminary Test will be intimated to us.
** Scoring key will be displayed on the website amtionline.com on 27th August morning.
** For such selected candidates certificates alone will be sent as a Hall Ticket for final examination.

Final Test:
It will consist of essay type questions. It will be conducted in chosen centres in the respective states and the students appearing for the final tests shall write the test only in the centres allotted by the AMTI.

Special Note:
** Answered answer books of the final test are to be dispatched on the same day of the examination and delayed receipts may not be entertained.
** Senior Level students (college degree level) will take only the final test.
** For the final test, papers for writing answers will be supplied by AMTI and the cover page may be duly filled.
** On no account the date and time of the examination be altered by the centres.
