Malhar is the second largest inter-collegiate youth festival in Asia, hosted annually by the students of St. Xaviers College, Mumbai, India. The Mascot for malhar is a frog which is called Puddles. Malhar began in 1979.

This year, Malhar is explicitly opening its arms to all, regardless of whether your college is from Mumbai or away, and regardless of its stream.
We warmly invite institutes for differently abled students as well. We have events that cater to people from all streams, including an e-sporting event, a Mystery Science Event, and Football Management events, all first of their kind at Malhar.
The Malhar Committee this year has made the campus more accessible by shifting venues to lower floors and using rooms that are accessible by elevators.
We will have wheelchairs available and a doctor on campus. In 2017, the Malhar Committee has been sensitised and trained to make the environment on campus more comfortable for differently abled students.
We request you to help us make Malhar a good experience for participants who are differently abled. Please refer to the Extended RnR for details regarding the same.
