What is Knorr Soups Kenstar Airfryer Offer?

These terms and conditions are applicable for the “Knorr Soups Kenstar Airfryer Offer” (“Offer”) conducted by Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”) from 1st October, 2015 to 31st January, 2016 (“Offer Period”).

The Participants agree to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and each Participant hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms.

The Offer is open for all the residents of India who are 18 years of age or above. (“Participants”).
To participate in the Offer, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants-

Purchase any of the following packs of Knorr Soup containing the Offer:
Chinese Range

How To Participate?

SMS the eight digit unique code number ( “UCN”) printed on the inside of the Knorr Soup pack to 09595615615 (“Offer Number”);

If the UCN is valid, the Participant shall receive an SMS with the date on which the winners will be announced and the website URL where the list of winners will be published. Standard charges shall be applicable for sending the SMS as per the tariff plan subscribed by the Participants by their respective telecom Service Provider.

Prizes

The first 2000 Participants who successfully register per month from all the entries received from the purchasers of Knorr Soups listed in clause 4 above during the Offer Period shall win a Kenstar Airfryer (Model No. KOA 15 CJ3) (“Prize”).

Participant would be able to send only one UCN through a single mobile number to participate in the Contest. Only UCN with a Unique Mobile number and a unique mailing address shall be consider as valid entry for the contest per month during the offer period. One UCN can only be used once during the Offer Period.

The names of the winners along with the last four digits of the mobile numbers with which they participated will be announced on  Offer Website per the following timelines:
October winners to be announced on 10th November, 2015;
November winners to be announced on 10th December, 2015;
December winners to be announced on 8th January, 2016;
January winners to be announced on 9th February, 2016

If the Participant is not reachable on the mobile number used to participate in the Offer or on the given address, his/her nomination shall stand cancelled and the next Participant shall be given the Prize as per HUL’s discretion. HUL/ Technology partner shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.

The functioning and operation of the SMS Service is dependent on the Telecom Operators Network for which HUL/Technology Partner shall not be responsible in the event of failure of Telecom Operators network transmission or failure of message transmission or for any other reasons whatsoever.

Knorr Soups Kenstar Airfryer Offer Terms

HUL/Technology Partner shall not be responsible for downtime on services rendered by the telecom operators / provider that may occur for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to decisions and / or changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, DoT or any other regulatory body. HUL/ Technology Partner shall not be responsible for downtime caused due to technical difficulties or downtime created at the telecom operator / provider’s end either due to failure of hardware equipment at the telecom providers end, configuration issues at the end of the Telecom operator /provider’s end, network congestion or for any other reason whatsoever.

The decision of HUL regarding the winner of the Prizes shall final and binding on all Participants.

The Prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

The warranty by Kenstar for the Prizes shall be valid only till 31st January, 2017 irrespective of the date on which the Prize is received by the winners. Servicing of the Prizes will be as per Kenstar norms and the winners will have to contact the respective service centre. HUL shall not be responsible for the servicing and/or the overall maintenance of the Prizes.

HUL shall not be responsible for any injuries sustained or accidents occurring while using the Prize.

HUL retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the Prizes being given during the duration of the Knorr Soups Kenstar Airfryer Offer.

The winner shall be required to take delivery of the prize or complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the Prize to the satisfaction of HUL within 90 days from the date of receipt of information from HUL. Delivery attempt will be made once post which the Prize will be kept at the courier office for 3 days for the winner to pick it.. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winner within the said stipulated period the winner’s entitlement to the Prize shall stand automatically forfeited.

The winners shall be required to provide detailed address and other information (as required) to HUL/Technology Partner on which the prizes shall be delivered by the authorised representative.

Winners need to provide a photo identity proof at the time of delivery of the Prize. If the same is not furnished, HUL/Technology partner has the right to refuse delivery of the Prize.

All Prizes will be handed over to the winner against due acknowledgment of receipt. HUL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Offer post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Offer whatsoever.

HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

The personal information shared with HUL, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.

Employees of HUL, their dependants, agencies associated with this Offer and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer.

All disputes with respect to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only.
