Microsite Contest :

1. “#IB111andcounting” is a contest on Indian Bank’s microsite indianbankcontest.com which is promoted on Indian Bank’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Pages to invite customers and non-customers to participate just by answering a simple question along with their personal details.

2. The contest is open only to Indian Nationals, presently residing in India. However, it is not open to former and present employees of Indian Bank.

3. Contest Duration: The contest “#IB111andcounting” starts at 07.00 PM IST on 26th July 2017 and ends on 8th August 2017 at 11.59 PM IST. Any entry received after the specified duration will be summarily disqualified.

4. 111 winners will get rewarded with exciting prizes from Indian Bank. However, Indian Bank reserves the right to change the number of winners without further notice.
5. The decision of Indian Bank regarding winners will be final and binding on all participants. No queries in this regard will be entertained.
6. Winners will have to share a valid photo ID proof in order to claim their prizes.

7. Winners will be contacted on the contact details (mobile number and email ID) shared by them on the Contest page and the onus to share the correct details lies with the participant/ winner. Bank shall not be responsible for its inability to reach the winner due to incorrect details.

Terms And Conditions :
1. #IB111andcounting (“Contest”) is brought to you by Indian Bank.
2. By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
3. Indian Bank reserves the right to remove any comments that de-motivate, defame or abuse any participant or cancel, withdraw, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
4. Indian Bank has the right to use the entries for promotion of the contest on all forms of media as required.
5. The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non- transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
6. The Contest cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Indian Bank, subsisting or announced at a future date by Indian Bank.

7. Indian Bank reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the Contestant.

8. The Prize will be delivered within 15 working days from the date of announcement of the Winner. Indian Bank shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason beyond its control.

The winning Contestant shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Indian Bank for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever.

9. Indian Bank is the owner and/ or licensee of various trademarks including all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names relating to the Contest and the Participants are not allowed to use the same in any manner whatsoever; whether or not it causes confusion among contestants, or disparages or discredits Indian Bank or its Affiliates.

All other trademarks not owned by Indian Bank or its Affiliates that appear on this Website or Contest, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected to Indian Bank.

10. Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Contest, by way of fake or duplicate profile or profiles may result in termination of Contestant’s participation in the Contest in addition to any other rights or remedies Indian Bank shall have whether in law or equity against Contestant.

11. Decision of Indian Bank on all aspects including with regard to administering the Contest shall be final and binding on the Contestant.
12. Participation in this Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.

13. The winner would be contacted twice over a period of 48 hours. In case the winner is not reachable or he/she cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, the Bank will reserve the right to pass on the gift to another participant without any further notice to the winner.
