This Offer is sponsored and organized by Mahindra Comviva (Comviva Technologies Limited, A-26, Info City Sector 34 Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana, India) In association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its Circle Administrative office at 2nd Floor, Venus Atlantis, 100 Ft Road, , Prahlad Nagar Garden Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad -380 015 Gujarat and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Idea’) (jointly referred to as ‘Organizers’) and the Offer is open for a limited period from 13th October 2015 – 00:00:01 Hrs till 12th November 2015 – 23:59:59 Hrs for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Idea Cellular participants across Gujarat circle

Diwali Gold Coin Contest is where a customer has to dial *123#/*222# and opt for products listed there and reply with the sequence number of the respective product. Per Request the customer will be charged Rs.3/Rs.8/Rs.10 on *123# Portal & Rs.3 on *222# Portal

What will a Subscribers get in this contest?:
Subscriber will dial *123#/*222# and opt for products listed there, the products will be Love Tips, Shayari, Jokes, Movie Reviews, Devotional Mantra at Rs.3/Rs.8/Rs.10 & he will get the Content that he chooses. The subscriber with the most consumption over the contest period will be the winner. In case of a Tie, the Winner will be selected through a simple 5 question quiz.

How to participate in the contest?:
To participate in the Contest, Subscriber is required to dial *123#/*222#

Promo period:
Promo period will be of 31 days.

Starting from 13thOctober 2015 to 12th November 2015

Gratification scheme:
Total 3 Subscribers would be selected as winners for DIWALI GOLD COIN CONTEST 2015. The Gratification is as under. The Subscriber who has the highest consumption during the contest period will be the winner followed by Runners up & 2nd Runners up. In case of a tie the Winner will be selected through a simple 5 question quiz

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
** “DIWALI GOLD COIN CONTEST 2015” is valid for all active Prepaid and Postpaid Idea Subscribers of Idea Gujarat circle
** Subscriber must be necessarily 18 years or above.
** Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence/s nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order and/or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship
** Subscriber must necessarily belong to Gujarat Circle only and no in roamers will be able to participate.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea Gujarat Circle during the announcement or selection of winner.

Further, the winner will be the original Subscriber of the eligible mobile phone number allocated in his/her name only (MSISDN). If the winner is not able to provide sufficient proof and evidence to show that he/she is the original subscriber of the mobile number, Idea reserves all the right/s to consider the next eligible Subscriber for the Gratification or to forfeit the Gratification, at its sole discretion.

Wining subscriber selection criteria:
Selection will be done on basis of Highest Consumption of Products by the Subscriber/s. Idea Marketing Team have the accessibility in getting the data in terms of Highest Downloads by the Subscriber. 2 Members from VAS Team of Idea marketing, 1 member of Mahindra Comviva and 1 neutral person who has no direct or indirect association with Idea Cellular or Mahindra Comviva will therefore act as judge for this contest.

After the selection and validation of the winner, winning Subscriber will be contacted by Idea Cellular Gujarat, through Phone and SMS for gratification. Once contacted successfully, the subscriber has to collect the gratification from the Idea Cellular Office in Ahmedabad within 10 working days of having contacted. If the subscriber is unavailable, or does not contact Idea Cellular office in Ahmedabad within 10 days, the gratification will be extended to the next eligible subscriber. In the event that any of the successful Participants are ineligible or are disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the organizers reserve the right to forfeit the gratification, at their absolute sole discretion.

All gratifications must be claimed by the successful subscriber on production of all legible, legitimate and necessary documents as listed below at Idea Cellular Office in Ahmedabad.

** Proof of holding the Idea telephone connection

Letter of AUTHORITY signed in presence of 02 witnesses for and on behalf to collect the gratification in case the winning subscriber is not able to physically come to collect the gratification

PAN Card (In case the gratification value is in excess of INR 10,000)

Any gratification of value in excess of INR 10,000/- in a year will attract deduction of tax at source and all taxes to be paid on the gratification/s shall be paid by the Winning subscriber at the prevailing rate. Further, all Winning subscriber who has won a gratification of value in excess of INR 10,000/- must furnish a valid Indian PAN Card to claim the gratification, irrespective of the value of the same, failing which the Winning subscriber’s gratification shall be forfeited, or the prize shall be rolled over to the next eligible subscriber, at the sole discretion of the Organizer(s).

An Idea Subscriber, by participating in the Contest, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions and gives his/her consent to the process of selecting the Successful Offer winner as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Offer by the organizers due to Statutory or Mandatory, instructions from any Governmental, judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of Idea Gujarat/ Mahindra Comviva), its affiliates and associates.

By entering the Offer, subscriber confirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the “National Do Not Call Registry” and also agrees to receive promotional messages from Idea cellular/ the organizers, as they may in their sole and absolute discretion decide and deem fit.
