A Gentleman Storage Contest :

A ‘Gentleman Storage Contest’ (“Contest”) is brought to you by Western Digital (U.K.) Limited (“Brand”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on www.amazon.in and its mobile application/ mobile site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How to Enter:
1.This Contest will commence from August 5, 2017 at 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on August 15, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) both days inclusive (“Contest Period”).

2.In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase product(s) of the brand – “Western Digital/ WD” or “SanDisk” specified on the contest page www.amazon.in/l/14054812031 which are listed on Amazon.in by third party sellers (such product(s) hereinafter referred to as “Product(s)”) during the Contest Period, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the Product should not be returned or refunded by you (each a “Purchaser”).

3.All Purchasers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 will thereafter have to visit the Brand’s website at [www.agentlemanstorage.com] and register themselves by providing certain details on the Brand’s website. Such Purchaser’s will also be required to provide the Brand with a slogan in relation to the movie – “A Gentleman” (“A Gentleman Slogan”) on the Brand’s website.

4.Amongst all Purchasers who have successfully undertaken the actions in Section 2 and Section 3 above, 20 (twenty) customers will be chosen by the Brand based on the A Gentleman Slogan submitted, at its sole discretion, to be eligible to win a chance to meet the star cast of the movie “A Gentleman”, which will be organised by the Brand (“Prize”).

5.At the end of the Contest Period, the 20 (twenty) Purchasers that have been declared the winners of the Contest will be contacted by the Brand to claim the Prize. The winner may be subject to additional terms and conditions in relation to claiming the Prize at the Brand’s sole discretion and as may be communicated by the Brand.

6.Each potential winner will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.
7.In the event the winner fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time line, another winner may be chosen in accordance with the process determined by the Brand.

8.In order to claim the Prize, the winner will be sent the contact details of the Brand that may be used to claim the Prize from the Brand. The Prize can be claimed by the winner subject the terms and conditions of the Brand available at www.amazon.in/l/14054812031. Brand’s decision on the winner will be considered as final.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we or the Brand, may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Contest unless you enter each promotion/ Contest separately.

Prize:
There are a total of 20 (twenty) Prizes under this Contest, i.e., 1 (one) Prize to each winner of the Contest, subject to the terms provided herein below. The Prize will be provided to each winner on or before 18th August 2017 by the Brand.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
