#VSee7 Contest Terms :

1. The Contest (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is being organized by Vivo India.

2. The contest is valid for the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.
3. Contest Platform: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vivo India Website (Users can also upload their Selfies on https://www.vivo.com/in/ once uploaded, the selfie will go to the admin panel and once approved will reflect on the website)

4. To enter the contest, follow the steps:
** Spot the number 7 and click a #PerfectSelfie with it using the hashtag “#VSee7”
** Share the post and Tag us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram
** It is mandatory to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter & Instagram

5. Contest Duration: 29-08-2017 (5.00 pm) to 05-09-2017 (2.00 pm)
6. The winners would be announced on 05-09-2017, Tuesday by 5.00 pm.
7. On the basis of lucky draw, Vivo India will select 7 winners from all the entries received; winners would be receiving the all new #VivoV7Plus Smartphone.
8. Winners will be contacted by Vivo India representative via email/social.
9. The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Vivo India and shall be final & binding on all participants.
10. Winners need to share their details within 24 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof. In case the winner fails to submit his/her contact details within 24 hours, the gratification for the same will be forfeited.
11. Contestants have agreed and have consented to put up their comments/selfies on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Vivo India shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks/Selfies put on the site by the public.
12. Vivo India reserves all the rights to change the gratification for the winners of the contest. In case of any changes, winners will be informed by a message on their Twitter/Facebook/Instagram handles.
13. Vivo India can, at its India’s discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
14. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
15. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Vivo India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
