South Zone Volleyball Men 2015-16 :
** The South Zone Inter-University Volleyball Men Tournament is scheduled from 24-10-2015 to 28-10-2015 at Andhra University Campus Visakhapatnam.
** The distance from Visakhapatnam Railway Station to Andhra University is 6 KM.
** For the convenience of visiting teams a Reception Counter will be provided at Visakhapatnam Railway Station from 23.10.2015.
** For the convenience of visiting teams, transportation will be provided on cash payment of Rs.300/- from Visakhapatnam Railway Station to Andhra University.
** Unfurnished accommodation will be provided to teams at Andhra University Campus, Visakhapatnam. Teams should bring their own bedding, locks and keys etc.
** Accommodation will be provided one day prior to their first match and the teams should vacate within 24 hrs after their last match is over.
** A caution deposit of Rs.1000/- has to be paid by the team manager to the Organizing Secretary and the same will be refunded after adjustment of cost of damages, if any.
** The team Managers meeting will be held at the Andhra University on 23.10.2015 at 4.00 P.M. The teams Managers are requested to attend this meeting and hand over the eligibility to the organizers.

** Four copies of the Eligibility Proforma of the players duly typed and signed by the Registrar/Director of Physical Education/Sports Officers of the participating University along with the players’ identity cards & a copy of subscription receipt obtained from A.I.U. New Delhi should be handed over to the organizing secretary at the time of registration.

** All the participating teams are requested to bring two flags of their Universities; flags are essential and compulsory for March Past to be held at 8.00 A.M. on 24.10.2015.
** Matches will be conducted in accordance with the latest rules of the VFI as adopted by AIU, New Delhi.
** The climate during October in Visakhapatnam is quite pleasant.
** First Aid facilities and immediate medical assistance will be provided to counter injuries.
** Officiating charges of Rs.700/- per team per match will have to be paid by the participating University to the Organizing Secretary.
** Decision of the Tournament Committee on all matters relating to the Tournament shall be final and binding.
** Organizing Secretary reserves the right to make changes of the venue, date and time of the tournament.
** Morning Session matches starts at 9.00 A.M. and evening session matches starts at 2.00 P.M.
** The participating Universities are requested to inform their arrival date, time and train name and train number to the Organizing Secretary well in advance to make necessary arrangements.
** The teams should report at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the match.
** A quality canteen is available in the Andhra University Campus, the participating teams can avail the food facility on subsidized rates.
** Sea in Visakhapatnam Vicinity is very dangerous. In this regard Managers are requested to give strict instructions to their players and advise the students not to venture into sea.
