** This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying contest details (collectively the “Terms”).

Terms & Conditions

** Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
** The Organizer of the Contest is Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
** To enter the Contest, entrants must have placed an order through the telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the organizer (naaptol.com) during the promotional period ‘9th September 2017 to 2nd October 2017’ and should have in his/her possession a valid delivered order and documentary proof of delivery.
** In addition to the above, the customer should have participated in the Naaptol Shopping Festival Whatsapp activity organized by the organizer. Only such orders are eligible to enter the lucky draw.
** To participate, shoppers have to click his/her picture with the product, he/she has bought from Naaptol and share on WhatsApp number 08655817400 along with his/her order number before 17th October 2017.
** Any order that is canceled or returned for any reason whatsoever will be considered ineligible for the lucky draw under this promotion.
** Images of prizes that are used in the creative are for illustration purposes only. Actual prize may differ in color, capacity or technical specifications, performance output from image shown depending upon stock availability at the time of winner selection and distribution.
** Employees of Naaptol including their relatives, friends, common acquaintances, its Associate companies, Statutory Auditors, Business advisors, Consultants, Sellers, Business associates would not be eligible for this contest.
** Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, during the promotion period, without assigning any reason.
** The winner will be determined solely on the basis of Organizer’s discretion. Representatives of Organizer will pick the lucky draw winner through a manual random selection process from the eligible entries.
** The Organizer’s decision is final & binding and no correspondence will be entertained or entered into.
** By entering the contest the entrant agrees, that he/she allows the Organizer to use his/her photograph and/or name during promotions without demanding any compensation.
** (The winners of the contest may be required to participate in a photo and/or video taking session during the issuing of the lucky draw gift.)
** The prize, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
** In case of minor, the prize can be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian upon proper execution of relevant documents.
** The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at any time, where the organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
** Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.
** The Organizer reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner it deems fit.
** The Tax liability of the prizes shall be borne entirely by the winner and the Organizer will not be liable for the same in any form whatsoever.

Winner Announcement

** Winners will be declared on 25th October 2017.
** Winner names will be announced on the website www.naaptol.com
** If the winner is unable to collect/claim the prize by not complying with the necessary documentation on or before 31st December 2017, the winner will be understood to have consented for forfeiting the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.
