PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY :
By virtue of participating in the contest, the customer is an adult (above 18 years of age), agrees to abide and adhere to the terms and conditions set out herein and as amended from time to time. Entry to the Contest will be through Instagram and facebook.
Contest:
To participate, the participant will have to post a video on the microsite showing what makes his/her city the best city to travel to. After posting the videos the contestant is required to share the video on their Facebook and (if available) Twitter account. Other users can vote for their favourite entries by clicking on the attached link. All the entries will be curated on the Yatra microsite when the voting starts, where people can vote for the video by clicking on VOTE NOW button. Entries will be judged on 2 parameters – Number of votes and content. Basis these 2 parameters, the winners will be decided by Yatra.
Prize:
The winning entries will win cool phones from Yatra.com
Terms and Conditions :
** The participant of this contest should follow Yatra on Facebook and Twitter, from India.
** The participants must submit their entries only on the microsite. Any entries posted on other social media sites would not be valid.
** Your entry video should clearly mention why your city is unique and why people should visit your city, in 30 secs or less in a mp4 format.
** Participant must share the entry on Facebook/ Twitter and ask for votes for their entry with #YatraToMyCity
** One user can submit multiple entries.
** The contest will be from October 12th, 2015 to October 25th, 2015
** Voting for the contest will commence from October 12th, 2015 to October 25th, 2015
** The final right to choose the winner rests with the management of Yatra.com and their decision shall stand final.
** The winner shall be announced on or before October 30th, 2015.
** The prize will be given by Yatra in 2 weeks after the contest is over.
** Yatra will inform the winners how to collect the prize, after verification of their identity.
** If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified from the contest.
** Acceptance of an entry is subject to the discretion of Yatra.com.
** Yatra.com reserves the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participant(s) from participating in the contest without assigning any reason. The decision of Yatra.com in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participant(s) without any demur or objection.
** Gratification is not subject to exchange or replacement or redeemable for cash or kind.
** Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
** All other standard terms and conditions available at Yatra.com shall apply.
