Amazon Stream To Win Contest

This Stream to Win contest (“Contest”) is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on www.amazon.in and its mobile application / site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) as the provider of Amazon Prime Video services.

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by Amazon in relation to the Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we may revoke these T&Cs from Amazon.in at any time without any prior notice.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest :
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter :
1.This Contest will commence on September 20, 2017 and end on October 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) (“Contest Period”).

2.In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:
(a) have an existing Amazon Prime subscription or sign up for Amazon Prime subscription; and
(b) stream any 5 unique titles of videos (movies or TV series or a mix of both) available on Amazon Prime Video.

3.On successful completion of Clause 2 above, the participants will have to answer a qualifying question (“Contest Question”) correctly, which he/ she will receive through an email on the email address registered with Amazon.in. , in order to be eligible to win the Prize (defined below).

4.Amongst all participants who answer the Contest Question correctly within the stipulated time lines, 50 participants will be chosen by a random draw of lots to win a ‘Fire TV Stick’ each (“Prize”), provided at the sole discretion of Amazon.

5.Each winner will be eligible to receive only 1 Prize, for the first time he/ she meets the above eligibility criteria.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests :
Please note that Amazon may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Contest unless you enter each promotion/ Contest separately.

Prizes :
There are a total of 50 Prizes to be given under this Contest. 1 Prize will be given to each of the 50 selected participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period, in accordance with these T&Cs.

Winner Selection :
The selection of the winner of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. The selected participant will be notified by e-mail following the selection, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participant will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
