Six (06) Double The Joy Contest :

1.The ‘Double The Joy’ (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) commencing from Sep 22nd, 2017 and is valid till Oct 22nd, 2017 (the “Term”) is hosted by Bose Corporation India Private Limited (“Bose”) and/or its affiliates in all the States and Union Territories across India except for the state of Tamil Nadu on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder.

2.On purchase of a Bose Headphones (In-Ear & Around-ear), Personal Portable Speakers, Home Streaming Speakers, Audio for Video systems (Lifestyle Systems, Soundbars, Acoustimass, Virtually Invisible speakers & Computer Speakers) excluding accessories and other value added services, the consumer would be eligible to be part of a Lucky draw for purchase during the contest period at any Bose store or from select authorised partners.

3. The Participants through an everyday lucky draw, stands a chance to win Gift vouches from Bose in the denominations of INR 10,000/- (02 qty.), INR 25,000/- (02 qty.) & INR 40,000/- (02 qty.) collectively amounting to INR 1,50,000/- worth of Gift Vouchers to be awarded in a day.

4. Six (06) Bose Contest participants (“Winners”) shortlisted through lucky draw shall be given one Bose Gift Voucher every day. However, there may be a period of a few days from the date consumer participates and the day winners are announced, owing to processing time at the discretion of Bose India and basis receipt of entry from Customer.

5. Participants who bought a Bose Product with an Invoice value of less than or equal to INR 20,000 shall be eligible to enter a lucky draw contest wherein 2 winners daily shall win a Bose Gift voucher worth INR 10,000/- each(“Prize”).

6. Participants buying a Bose Product in the aforesaid period with an Invoice value of greater than INR 20,000/- and less than or equal to INR 50,000/- shall be eligible to enter a lucky draw contest wherein 2 winners daily shall win a Bose Gift voucher worth INR 25,000/- each (“Prize”).

7. Participants who bought a Bose Product with an Invoice value of greater than INR 50,001 shall be eligible to enter a lucky draw contest wherein 2 winners daily shall win a Bose Gift voucher worth INR 40,000/- each(“Prize”).

8.The Participants on purchase of the Bose Products of the value mentioned above will get a scratch card indicating a system generated code. The Participants interested in the lucky draw shall send the code along with the invoice amount in a prescribed format via SMS to the number mentioned on the scratch card. (“Entry(ies)”).

9.The charges for the SMS shall bear a standard charge depending on the service operator.

10.Bose will not be liable for any reimbursement of the SMS cost nor will be a party to any of the dispute with regards to the SMS charges or incomplete participation, unavailability of services at any time and any event or incident that may hinder participation (including changes in Terms & Conditions at any point of time)

11. The timeline for sending the alpha-numeric code via SMS to participate in the lucky draw shall start on September 22nd, 2017 at 12.00.00 A.M. and shall remain valid for participation till October 22nd, 2017 11:59:59 P.M.

12.Entries received after the participation dates and not in the format prescribed or with incorrect information shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

13. The lucky Winner (the “Winners”) shall be selected and declared by lucky draw conducted through a random system generated draw on the discretion of Bose.

14.The respective Prize Winner(s) will be communicated over their respective phone numbers from which the entry was received.
