1. How do I participate?
Head to your nearest store, get the scratch card when you buy 5 Kopiko candies, and stand a chance to win exciting prizes like Maruti Swift cars, Bajaj Pulsar bikes and more! To participate please send an SMS, by typing KOPIKO <space> <Unique Code mentioned on the scratch card> and send it to 8082892988. Standard SMS charges will apply. We update our Facebook page with the winner names daily. Good luck!

3. Why is the scratchcard not available in Tamil Nadu?
#ScratchKaroAageyRaho is not operating in Tamil Nadu due to government regulations.

4. Where can I find this offer in my city?
Please go to bit.ly/2fRhTja for more information on the outlets offering the scratchcard with five Kopikos!

5. I participated but I did not receive a message confirming the same?
Please check if your mobile number is in the DnD list with your service provider or SMS vendor. Incase the above is not an issue, please be patient – it might be a technical glitch on our server but we confirm that we have received your code.

6. What does retain your scratchcard mean?
Please keep the scratchcard with yourself. You need to show it as proof to the company officials if you win.

7. When does the contest end?
The contest is on till 15th October 2017. Do keep trying, you too stand a chance to win exciting prizes. Best of luck!

8. How are the winners chosen?
We shortlist 24 people at random and call them for details, out of which we shortlist 12 again, at random. If you are among the 12, your names are announced on our page daily. Additionally, we also call the winners as a follow up.

9. How do we know the winners names?
If you are shortlisted as a winner, we call you asking for more details including your name and address. Best of luck!

10. I got a call but my name is not on the winner list?
We shortlist 24 people at random and we call all of them asking for their details. Post that we shortlist 12 again, at random. The 12 winners are announced on FB and are also contacted personally.

11. How do I know if I am the winner?
The winners are updated regularly on our Facebook page. (Previous days’ bike winner is announced during the day. Current mobile winners list is updated after 9 PM). Additionally the winners are contacted personally through SMS/call. Do keep an eye out for the same. Best of luck!

12. Can you give out the mobile numbers of the winners?
Unfortunately, we cannot release the mobile numbers of the winners.

13. Is there a customer care number we can reach out to?
Unfortunately, there is no customer care number currently but feel free to reach out to us on our FB inbox, if there is a specific query.

14. Is this a legit contest?
Yes, absolutely. We announce the winners on our FB page regularly. Do keep an eye out for the same and best of luck!

Contest T&C

1. This Scheme will be available on all Kopiko SKUs. KOPIKO is available without the consumer offer also.
2. This Scheme will be effective and running all over India except Tamil Nadu from 24th July till 15th October 2017 only.
3. This Scheme is available for end consumers only.
4. The end consumer shall get 1 scratch card for every 5 pieces of KOPIKO.
5. The Mega Prizes to be won under Scratch card are Maruti Swift Car LXI, Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC Bike OR Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Phone.
