The youth today are a mix of creative minds, change makers, idea generators, think tanks, nation builders and innovators and thus the leaders of tomorrow.
The vision of the developed India brings together the dreamers and doers who can create an ecosystem of new business ideas into reality. To achieve this, the modern era managers and entrepreneurs have come up with many innovative solutions which were earlier seen as frail experimentation.
E-Commerce, digital, and social media, smart manufacturing, healthcare, infrastructure education, skill development and sports are among the sectors where India needs to combine investment, innovation and intelligence.
Innovation and entrepreneurship are critical to the growth of the new world and India must foster a culture and environment which is open for everyone to analyze the weaknesses in the system and explore and innovate the possible solutions to these issues through the youth of India.
All India Management Association has helped young students adapt to changes through the past six decades and it continues to be the thought leader in bringing about change in leadership vision and strategies.
National Competition of Young India (NCYI) is a platform for the young students to bring forward their ideas and innovative solutions in management capability. Over the years, it has helped to strengthen and realize that their small ideas can make a big positive impact in paving the path for the developed India.
It is imperative for India to be open to new ideas and embrace change for better future. AIMA NCYI 2017 focuses on the captive theme of “Our Idea and Action plan for a Developed India” this year to understand how young minds would take the journey forward.
