Eligibility

Participation is open to citizens and residents of India (who have attained the age greater than or equal to 18 years by 7th November 2017, who purchases Hindware, Hindware Art, Hindware Italian Collection and Hindware Alchymi range of Sanitaryware, Faucets, Showers and related add-ons & accessories of HSIL Limited during promo period (7th November 2017 to 31st December 2017) of worth minimum Rs.12,000(inclusive of taxes) or Rs.30,000(inclusive of taxes) only and the citizen should be of sound mind.

Participants can avail this offer/scheme on his/her own behalf and Entry (ies) by proxy will not be accepted, even for their family members. As a proof of residency and identity, the participant shall be required to submit any of these documents: i) Birth Certificate or/and ii) Pan Card or/and iii) Voter Id or/and iv) Passport or/and v) aadhar card or/and vi) Valid copy of Invoice or any other document as determined by HSIL. The Invoice should contain the details of participant as purchaser of above defined products else he/she will not be eligible for this scheme/offer.

Scheme Format, Process & Winning

Consumer who has bought Hindware products as explained in Eligibility clause worth minimum Rs.12,000(inclusive of taxes) or Rs. 30,000(inclusive of taxes) or more in Single Invoice need to upload the scan copy of the original invoice on https://www.hindwarehomes.com/ or alternatively can WhatsApp the image of the original invoice on 8368626066 In the event of consumer choosing both the above routes, either of the two would be considered for further process.

Consumer can upload or WhatsApp different invoices in his/her name bearing same residential / permanent address from different mobile number. The invoices need to be distinctly different and should have different invoice nos. Alternatively, invoices bearing same consumer name and validated for common residential address would be entertained. Consumers are required to upload (OR) WhatsApp the invoice maximum within 5 days of purchase made.

For example, for valid invoice generated on 9th November 2017, the maximum window available for upload / WhatsApp is till 14th November’17. The upload (OR) WhatsApp done / tried after the due date and time would not be considered for the consumer promotion offers and gifts.

After due validation and scrutiny of the invoices and customers & validation of purchase input from HSIL channel partners, the assured gift (Amazon Voucher) would be sent through SMS on his/her mobile or E-Mailed to the consumer on his / her mail ID, post verification within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The weekly lucky draws would be held for the advertised promotional offers and schemes after every 7 days commencing from 14th November 2017 .The mega lucky draws would be held for the advertised promotional offers and schemes before or on 31st March 2018. The winners would be intimated through phone call / sms / e-mail.

Offer 1

(a)Assured Gift: On purchase of Rs.12,000/-(inclusive of taxes) and Rs. 30,000/-(inclusive of taxes ) or more Products during the scheme period respectively from the authorized dealer / retailer of HSIL other than Hindware Premiere, Hindware Galleria, Hindware Boutique & Hindware Studio, the consumer is entitled for an assured gift of Amazon Voucher worth Rs.500/- and of Rs. 1,500 respectively or

(b) Assured Gift: On purchase of Rs.12,000/-(inclusive of taxes) and Rs. 30,000/-(inclusive of taxes ) or more Products during the scheme period from the Brand stores of HSIL , the consumer is entitled for an assured gift of Amazon Voucher worth Rs.700/- and of Rs. 2,500 respectively . The Brand store here implies Hindware Premiere or Hindware Galleria or Hindware Boutique or Hindware Studio.

Offer 2

Weekly Lucky Draw: The consumers, who are assured gift winners, are also eligible for Weekly Lucky Draw. The Weekly Lucky Draw winner is entitled to get 1 i.e Hero Xtreme Sports -and 8 weekly draws shall be held commencing from 14th November 2017 . The Winner(s) shall be responsible for payment of Insurance cost and Registration Cost of motorbike(s) and HSIL shall only be responsible for payment of Ex Showroom price of Motorbike(excluding registration, insurance and accessories charges) prevailing in relevant State/UT within whose limits winner resides.

Offer 3

Mega Prize: The consumers who are assured gift winners will also stand a chance to win mega prize of 1 Tata Nexon Car. Winner shall be responsible for payment of Insurance cost and Registration Cost of Car and HSIL shall only be responsible for payment of Ex Showroom price of Car (excluding registration, insurance and accessories charges) prevailing in relevant State/UT within whose limits winner resides.

The prize of lucky draw has to be availed before 31st December 2018 by participant. HSIL reserves a right to extend the date of availing the lucky draw prize.
