** Only Orders Placed on our website shahnaz.in will qualify for the contest
** Final Paid Value should be INR 1000 or above
** The purchase/s should be made through online modes of payment (Internet Banking /Credit / Debit cards/ Paytm Wallet) and full payment should be realized via online modes

** Orders cancelled / refunded /not delivered for any reason will not be eligible
** The Winner (1) will be determined via a lucky draw of eligible customers everyday
** The Winner (1) will be published on Facebook next working day before 12:30 PM and communicated via Email / Phone to the Winners

Value of Gift :

** The prizes will be delivered to the same recipient and address as the original order.

** The prizes will be delivered at addresses within India only. It means that even if you are a resident outside India, you have the option of giving us an Indian address. The prizes will be sent through courier at that address in case of your winning the contest.
** No requests will be entertained for the exchange of one prize for another Item or Cash.

** All decisions of Shahnaz Husain Group regarding running / process / results of the promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this Contest. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** If Shahnaz Husain Group has suspicion or knowledge, that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, Shahnaz Husain Group reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants.
** No employees or Dealer of Shahnaz Husain Group or their family members will be eligible to participate in this Contest.

** Shahnaz Husain Group does not warrant that the website will run concurrently and error free during or after the promotion period and does not commit any uptime of the website. Further, Shahnaz Husain Group shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever.

Force Majeure: If at any time during the continuance of this Contest the performance in whole or in part is prevented or delayed by reasons of a Force Majeure event, then from the date of occurrence of such event, there shall not be any claim against Shahnaz Husain Group for damages, or any liability against it, in respect of such non-performance or delayed performance.

For the purposes of this promotion, Force Majeure means and includes any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Shahnaz Husain including war, hostility, fires, floods, explosives, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, lock outs, compliance with orders or instructions of any court, statutory or governmental interventions or any other acts of State or God.
