Terms & Conditions

1. The Season of Smiles Shopping Promotion –“SPEND MORE, GET MORE, WIN MORE!!!” (the ‘Promotion’) at the Passenger Terminal Building, Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (the ‘Airport’) is organized by Bangalore International Airport Limited (‘BIAL’), and is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above as of the date of the purchase invoice (Cash Bill).

2. The employees of BIAL, participating concessionaires at the Airport, advertising and promotion agencies or/and any person related to the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is valid only from 11:00 hours (Indian Standard Time -IST) of 15th December, 2017 till 23:59 hours (IST) of 31st December, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). BIAL reserves the right at its discretion, to change the date and time of the Promotion.

4. To participate in the Promotion, one has to make a minimum purchase of 299/- on a single bill subject to conditions of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is purely voluntary.

5. BIAL is only facilitating the Promotion and hence, purchase made at any of the designated food & beverage outlet/retail shop or/and Airport lounge/Spa facility (the ‘Outlet’) shall not be construed as sale by BIAL.

Excluded outlets: AVA, Dunkin Donuts, Centrum-FOREX, Nandini, Valtrans, and ITC/Relay Cigarette Kiosks. BIAL is not making any representation about the taste, quality, etc., and BIAL is in no way liable or responsible for any after-sale related issue or service

6. Any purchaser, who spends a minimum sum of 299/- or more, at any of the Outlet, is eligible to participate in the Promotion by

(1) registering their mobile number at the point through a Short Message Service (‘SMS’) and purchaser has to enter the OTP at the pint of transaction of the Outlet immediately, alternatively purchaser can self-register by generating OTP by

(2) giving a missed call to mobile no 9700078222 from his/her mobile phone (India users) and subsequently registering in the Promotion through the OTP with in 24hrs from the purchase at the digital kiosk or through https://web.archive.org/web/20180901143859/https://travelblr.in/

(3) for nonmobile phone users registration would be carried out by entering their email at the digital kiosk and OTP would be sent to such email-id which has to be validated at the point of transaction at the Outlets or at the digital kiosk or through self-registration at https://web.archive.org/web/20180901143859/https://travelblr.in/.

7. For the purpose of self-registration purchaser has to log in to the website https://web.archive.org/web/20180901143859/https://travelblr.in/ and fill in the in the requisite information. By registering under the Promotion the purchaser would be accepting these “Terms & Conditions” of Promotion.

8. The participant hereby expressly authorizes BIAL to send the following automated or/and manual transactional and other SMSs and eMails:

8.1 a response SMS to the mobile number, delivering the web link and OTP;
8.2 an SMS, when the participant submits an entry;
8.3 an SMS (India) and an eMail (all) on successful generation of raffle number/s for a submission, or on rejection;
8.4 any and all other SMSs or/and eMails related to the Promotion for the purposes of contacting, communication, etc., and the same are not governed by the “DO NOT DISTURB” directive.

9. Spend is not limited to any specific product or service. Any purchase for 299/- or above, entitles the participant to get one raffle as per clause 10 below, and would be eligible for the mega lucky draw (Daily Prize or/and Mega Prize).

The exchange rate of United States Dollar (USD) is 67.74283 per USD as per State Bank of India’s exchange-rate announced in November 2017, which would be applicable for any Indian rupees to USD conversions under this Promotion. The participant must retain his/her original Cash Bill/s as proof of purchase.
