RIN DUMDAAR DUS KOLLYWOOD CHALLENGE :

1. Rin Direct Engagement Campaign :
** Hindustan Unilever Limited invites your participation to the “Rin Dumdaar Dus Kollywood Challenge” for a limited duration, a promotional activity through engagement with consumers for better understanding the product and its use, with opportunities to win free prizes for participants.

Contest Duration : 21st Oct, 2015 to 31st Nov, 2015

** The Campaign comprises of 10 IVRS capsules spread over a period, with promotional content and quizzes, available through telecommunication medium.

2. Eligibility of Participants :
a. Participation to the Campaign is open to individuals, contacted for the Campaign, residing and using a mobile number registered in the state of Tamil Nadu.
b. Participants shall fulfill the terms and conditions communicated herein as elsewhere under the Campaign.
c. HUL reserves the right to forfeit participation for any Participant who does not provide the required verification upon receiving the request/notification from HUL or its partners.
d. Participants who complete all content capsules and answer the questions under the Campaign, would become eligible to participate in a Contest under the Campaign with an opportunity to win the Grand Prize, except as provided below for the State of Tamil Nadu.

3. Process :
a. All interested individuals are required to register under the Campaign by giving a missed call to 18001233359 a designated number informed and communicated by HUL.
b. The Participants would be required to give a missed call informing consent to participate and continue on every subsequent day under the Campaign.
c. The Participants would receive limited reminders to give a missed call or receive calls under the Campaign to further participate in the Campaign, but shall not make the Company liable for any default by the Participant.
d. The registered participants (“Participants”) would be required to complete all ten five (5) content capsules along with its respective question.
e. The Participants would have to create a slogan on “I use Rin because ____________________” after the completion of the activity.
f. The Participants are required to enter a valid Barcode retrieved by them from Rin 500g or above quantity product (“Barcode”) after giving a missed call to 7097199690, to win an assured talk time of Rs. 20 on the participating mobile number.
g. The Participants will receive seven (7) retries for the entry of the Barcode, exceeding which, the Participant would be barred from further participation.

4. Prizes :
a. The Participants shall win an assured prize of Rs. 20 talk time for the participating mobile number.
b. The winner of the Contest shall receive a Bajaj Discover 100cc (“Grand Prize”).
c. HUL’s liability is limited to, and only to, assuring the delivery of the prizes within a reasonable period of time to the winner and does not extend to any other warranty or assurance whatsoever with regards to the quality of winnings being delivered to the winner.
d. All prizes will be subject to local, state, federal and central taxes and duties if any.
e. HUL shall not be liable for any loss of prize due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the winner.
f. The winners will be contacted individually at the end of the Campaign.

5. Winner Selection :
a. The Participants who insert the Barcode subsequent to participation in 5 days of the Campaign would receive a Rs. 20 talk time for their participating mobile number.
b. The eligible Participant for the Contest with the most number of questions answered shall be the winner of the Contest and receive the Grand Prize.
c. Notwithstanding the above, for the State of Tamil Nadu or in the event of multiple winners under Clause 5 (a), the winner shall be the Participant with the best adjudged slogan from among the eligible Participants of the Contest.

6. General :
a. Every mobile number would constitute one individual entry under the Campaign.
b. Participants agreed and understand that the basic criteria and selection process, including any amendment if and when required, is at the sole discretion of HUL.
c. HUL has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the Campaign at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and such withdrawal/editing and/or alteration of terms and conditions with/without prior notice shall be final and binding from the day of such amendment, as updated in this Website.
d. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants gives consent to receive further messages related to the Campaign during the period of the same, unless expressly opted out.
e. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant also agrees to receive future communication or intimations, though SMS / call / e-mail/ any other communication from HUL, with respect to the Campaign, surveys, promotions, offers, or advertisements for HUL or its various brands and products.
f. HUL will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with non-winning participants.
g. HUL’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Campaign and no correspondences will be entertained.
h. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform HUL of any change in the address of correspondence.
i. The talk time recharge is dependent on various external factors such as the eligible telecom circle, connectivity to the network, quality of the network, geographical location, equipment, availability of recharge services of the telecom operator, including availability of such mobile recharge option with the telecom service provider and HUL will not be liable for any interruptions, disruptions and failure to recharge due to any such external factors.
j. HUL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Campaign.
k. HUL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.
l. HUL reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify on any reasonable grounds, including tampering with the entry process or entry materials.
m. This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
n. This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
o. The Participants understand and agree that independent service provider involved in the Program are solely responsible for their actions and omissions and will not be make HUL liable for the same.
