Boost Energy Play The Pros Contest

All Participants and their parents and guardians should read all these Terms & Conditions (T&C) carefully before entering the Boost “Play The Pros @ Premier Badminton League powered by Boost Contest” to be conducted by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited (the “Company” or “Organizer” or “GSK”).

By participating in the Contest, you and your parent and guardians agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below.

Contest Details & Concept

(i) These terms and conditions apply to “PLAY THE PROS @ PREMIER BADMINTON LEAGUE powered by Boost” Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”).
(ii) This Contest is valid at select stores in select cities and states in India .

(iii) This Contest is open to all India residents between the age group 6-14 years as on 18th Dec 2017, except employees and Immediate Family of employees of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited Employees, its associate companies, it’s advertising and promotional agencies (such as Mindshare, Media2win and J Walter Thompson, India), agents, professional advisors and its Auditors. Corporates, Agencies, and any non human legal entities are not entitled to participate in the Contest.

(iv) For this purpose “Immediate Family” means partner, ex-partner, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, natural or adopted child, and sibling or step-sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household.

(v) the consumers desirous of participating in the Contest need to:
** Give a missed call on the number 18005322323 during the Contest Period,
** Upon getting a call back from GSK approved agency (Agency), the consumers need to Answer 5 questions correctly within the fixed time duration (8 seconds per question)

(vi) By participating in the Contest and upon giving the correct answers, the winners will get an opportunity to attend a workshop in Hyderabad/Chennai with key players of Hyderabad Hunters/Chennai Smashers (participating teams in Premier Badminton League [PBL]) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Prize’). Few kids who will be selected by the coaches and staff of these teams basis the workshop will also get a chance to play briefly with the key players of these teams.

Eligibility

i. Children between the age group of 6-14 years as on 18th Dec 2017 are eligible to participate in the contest.

ii. All participants must seek their parents’ / guardians’ approval before participating in the Contest. It will be the responsibility of parents / guardians to monitor their children’s participation in this contest and their approval of the same shall be deemed.

iii. Participants shall be allowed to participate with their parents or guardians providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor, as and when asked. In such a case, the parent(s) or legal guardian of the minor shall execute necessary documents on behalf of the minor as may be required.

Contest Period

The Contest shall commence on 18th Dec 2017 at 8 PM and shall end on 9th Jan 2018 at 8 PM. (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”)

How To Participate

(i) Consumers who are eligible and wish to participate need to give a missed call on 18005322323;
(ii) Once you get a call back, answer 5 questions correctly in the given time limit of 8 seconds per question;
(iii) First 100 participants each from Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh who correctly answer all 5 questions within the given time limit for each question will be selected as winners & get the opportunity to be part of the workshop with Hyderabad Hunters/Chennai Smashers team
(iv) Winners will be intimated by an SMS;
(v) The participants are solely responsible for all charges incurred in taking part in the contest including any internet and/or mobile phone charges and/or sms charges, as maybe applicable.
(vi) Winners will be required to report at the venue at a particular time communicated to them at their own cost. Winners would be required to report at the venue and register themselves before getting entry into the Venue.
(vii) Winners shall also be required to show necessary documents like ID proof and age proof to ensure that they are eligible for the Prize.

Terms & Conditions

i. By participating in this Contest, the consumers fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on www.facebook.com/boostenergyindia (“Contest Destination”) as well as the decisions of GSK, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
ii. GSK reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record or for security reasons.
iii. GSK reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. All decisions of GSK with respect to the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding.
iv. Person participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
