Hindustan Doublothon Contest

This would be the first of its kind activity which will be a mix of Cyclothon and Marathon. The readers of Hindustan across 15 location of UP, Uttrakhand, Bihar and Jharkhand would have an opportunity to participate in the activity and choose to participate either in Cylothon or Marathon.

Terms & Conditions

** This would be the first of its kind activity which will be a mix of Cyclothon and Marathon.
** The readers of Hindustan across 15 location of UP, Uttrakhand, Bihar and Jharkhand would have an opportunity to participate in the activity and choose to participate either in Cylothon or Marathon.
** These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time are the complete and exclusive statements of understanding between Hindustan Media Ventures Limited (“HMVL”) & the entrants to this Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”).
** It supersedes all the understanding or other prior understanding, whether oral & written, and all representation or other communications between the HMVL & the Participant amounts to acceptance of these terms & conditions.
** By participating in this contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein.
** This contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
** HMVL shall not be responsible for any entrant entering the Contest unlawfully or otherwise in breach of local law.
** Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the T&C to the Contest.
** HMVL reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or vary any of the T&C at any time without prior notice.
** HMVL reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or disqualify any Participant’s entry for the Contest or reclaim the prize at any time if it is the opinion of HMVL that there has been a breach of any of the Terms by such entrant (whether discovered during or after the end of the Contest).
** HMVL is organizing Hindustan Doublothon at 15 Locations- Agra, Moradabad, Meerut, Bareilly, Aligarh, Dehradun, Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Noida/Ghaziabad.
** Entry to the Contest is open to persons that are of sound-mind and residing in the Locations.
** Entries on behalf of children below the age of 18 shall be approved by their legal guardians. All registrations shall have a registration fee of INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).
** The Registration Fee is non-refundable & non-transferrable under any circumstances.
** The registration Forms can be obtained from offices of HMVL, Atlas Cycles.
** Only one applicant can apply per registration form. Participation cannot be transferred by the applicant to another person at any time.
