Participation Criteria

1. To qualify to enter the Competition you must be an Associate employee of TeamLease currently on rolls of the company and provide your Associate ID while entering the competition. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

In case of any misrepresentation of facts submitted by you, your eligibility to the competition will stand cancelled, without any further correspondence TeamLease reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

2. There is no limit to the number of CV’s that can be submitted. However, associates will not refer other TeamLease employees or employees/teammates employed with client organizations where they are currently deployed by TeamLease.

Other Associate Employees of TeamLease, Core Employees of TeamLease or any the employee/ associate employee of the associated/subsidiary company/ies of TeamLease cannot be referred under this program.

However, this competition is open to friends, family and extended network. If the referee referred by the associate is already part of any particular recruitment process relating to the specific job they have referred on by TeamLease or TeamLease Associate companies, the same referral will not be counted

In the event of two associate referring thesame person the associate who has submitted the referee details earlier than other, will receive the credit for the referral.

3. It is mandatory for Associates to remain on TeamLease rolls till March 31, 2018 to be eligible for the draw. The associates whose contract has been withdrawn for any reason or a resignation by the associate on or before 31 March, 2018 will disqualify him from the eligibility to the competition.

4. TeamLease reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

5. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, TeamLease in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.

Prizes

TeamLease reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value, amend the rules or discontinue the Drawing at any time. Check the campaign landing page regularly for updates.

Grand Prize

** One Bumper prize IPhone X (64GB) and two Google Pixel (128GB) phones. Winners will be selected basis of maximum number of valid CV’s submitted.
** In the event of a tie with multiple associates submitting the same number of CVs for any of the positions the winner will be decided by draw of lot.
** There is no option for substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes awarded by TeamLease.
** The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed in the rules of the Contest and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
** TeamLease owns the right to use the CV`s submitted by the entrants and the entrant shall not have any further claim other than the prize determined by TeamLease if the entrant is qualified for such prize/award.

Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules (“Rules”) and apply to competitions (“Competition”) featuring in any TeamLease Services Limited unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. Rules specific to the Competition will be displayed in the campaign landing page on the website (insert link). In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Competition Notice, the Competition Notice shall prevail.

3. TeamLease reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside TeamLease’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the Competition Notice

4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of the TeamLease management shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained.
