The Contest is a game of knowledge and skill whereby the Participants would have to choose their CSK Squad (“Super Squad”). The Participants would then be asked to choose 12 players from the entire VIVO IPL Roster.

The 12 players will include M.S Dhoni, Suresh Raina and Ravindra Jadeja as defaults. Participants will need to pick 12 players to form a squad of 15. There is a restriction to pick 5 foreign players.

If the said 12 players are also picked and bought by the CSK in the VIVO IPL Auction, then the said Participant will get a chance to win the contest. There is no restriction for picking uncapped Indian players or capped Indian players.

If none of the participant’s squad (squad of 15) matches with the final CSK roster after the VIVO IPL Auction, then the next best match of 14 players will be considered as winner. 3 winners will be announced at the end of the contest. Winners will be announced on the Facebook and Twitter handles of Chennai Super Kings.

Contest Period

The Contest will be conducted from January 23, 2018 to January 26, 2018, or such other date as may be decided by CSK at its sole discretion and announced by CSK on the Platform or Chennai Super Kings profile at the URL https://twitter.com/chennaiipl/ or Chennai Super Kings Facebook page.

Who Can Participate?

Any person who wishes to participate in the Contest (“Participant”) shall fulfill all of the following requirements in order to qualify for participation:

(a) All Participants must register themselves on the Platform.
(b) All the Participants must be residing in India during the Contest Period.
(c) Each Participant is required to visit the Platform and pick their squad
(d) The Participant should submit their entry containing their Squad on the Platform during the Contest Period (“Entry”).
(e) Any Entry which does not contain all of the elements mentioned in this paragraph shall not be considered a valid Entry and shall be deemed null and void without requirement of any intimation by CSK.

How To Play ?

It’s simple. Log on to www.chennaisuperkings.com/contest , and select your dream CSK Team from a pool of players and submit it along with your info. That’s it!

Step-01:
Use your cricketing IQ and pick a team of 12 players who you think will be part of CSK’s 2018 Squad. (Note: Dhoni, Raina and Jadeja have already been retained by CSK)

Step-02:
You can choose how many ever batsmen, bowlers, wicket-keepers or all-rounders you want. Only restriction: You can only pick a maximum of 5 overseas players. You can pick any number of Indian Capped and uncapped players you want.

Step-03:
Submit your final Team and share your Super Squad on Social Media with #SuperSquad.

Step-04:
If your squad of 12, matches with CSK’s overall squad after the VIVO IPL auction, you will get a chance to win exciting CSK merchandise.

Winners

** The editorial team of CSK shall select 3 (three) lucky winners via randomizer. Winners shall be selected on the basis of the relevance and correctness of their Entries or other criteria as the editorial team shall deem fit.
** CSK’s decision in this regard and for all other matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s).
** The Winners in relation to the Contest will be announced by CSK on CSK’s Twitter profile at the URL https://twitter.com/chennaiipl through the handle @chennaiipl and Chennai Super Kings Facebook page at the URL https://www.facebook.com/TheChennaiSuperKings/.
** For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the Chennai Super Kings and the Chennai Super Kings Page shall be collectively referred to as “Network Handles”.
** CSK shall not be liable for non-receipt of any Prize by any Winner, including due to errors or failures or deficiencies in dispatch services or in address details provided by the Winner.
** The Prize must be claimed in response to messages or telephone calls made to the Winner.
** Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable under the laws of India and any incidental costs direct and/or indirect, in relation to Prize shall be borne by the respective Winner.
** CSK shall not be responsible or liable for any technical disruption, failure and/or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the Winner(s) is unable to claim the Prize from CSK.
** After dispatch of a Prize to a Winner, in case any loss/damage etc. is caused to or incurred by the Prize(s) during transit or otherwise, CSK will not be liable for any such loss/damage etc.

General Rules

** The Participant(s) must be above the age of 18 years and must be residing within the territorial limits of India during the Contest Period.
** Participant(s) shall provide such information as may be required by CSK from time to time. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest.
** CSK also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant at any point in time during the Contest Period.
** CSK are in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental and/or emotional trauma caused to the Participant in any manner whatsoever, in connection to the Contest.

Q: How Many players should I select?
A: Dhoni, Raina and Jadeja are defaults in your team. You will need to pick 12 more players to form your squad of 15.

Q: What are the restrictions in player selection?
A: You can only choose a maximum of 5 overseas players. There is no restriction on choosing Indian capped and uncapped players. You can choose any combination or strategy. The power is yours.

Q: How do I register?
A: Once you’ve selected your squad, all you need to do is enter your name along with your mobile number or email id, or sign in using Facebook or Twitter, and you’re done! We will need the correct details to get in touch with you if you’ve won a prize, so make sure you register with accurate information.

Q: Can I register and play the contest multiple times?
A: From one email address, mobile number or social account, you can only make one Super Squad

Q: What if I don’t register?
A: If you don’t register after selecting your squad, your entry won’t be considered and you won’t be eligible to win any prizes. Make sure you register once you’ve selected your Super Squad.

Q: Can I change my Squad again?
A: You can edit your squad before the final submit. Plan carefully and enter your squad.

Q: When does the contest close?
A: The contest is from 23th Jan – 26th Jan 11.59:59pm.

Q: How will I win prizes?
A: If your final squad of 15 matches with CSK’s overall squad, then you will get a chance to win prizes. If none of the contestants squad matches with CSK’s final squad, then the next best squad of 14 matches will be considered in the winners pool. If there are multiple entries with correct squads, a randomizer will decide the winner.
