Please read the following terms and conditions for participating in this contest known as “win a car contest”. If you do not wish or agree to these terms and conditions, you may choose to not participate in this contest.

Offer valid from January 1st 2018 to December 31st, 2018. The Winner takes all approach is for one lucky purchaser of PicoScope worth one lakh or more. Term and condition of this offer are as below

** WIN A CAR CONTEST is an optional Contest, organized and conducted by VigVen Tech Mark Pvt Ltd having registered office at #26, 2nd Main Road, Anand Nagar, Bengaluru, 560024
** This contest is form January 1st 2018 to December 31st, 2018 EOD.
** The random lucky draw for eligible participants will take place by January 4th 2019
** Employees of VIGVEN, its Channel partners, Group companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Customer can take part in this contest by purchasing a PicoScope worth 1 lack from VIGVEN in the time frame of January 1st 2018 to December 31st, 2018
** In case a participant has won a prize, but he/she decides to cancel his/her Order or does not take delivery on or before December 31st, 2018, he/she will be disqualified from claiming the gifts.
** A formal VIGVEN Original Invoice is required for claiming the Prize.
** The gifts will be delivered in March 2019 only after the winners have taken delivery.
** VIGVEN Reserves the right to publish the photograph and/or the name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit.
** All Customers enrolled in this Program are liable to abide by the related terms & conditions.
** This Program is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore only.
** This Offer is not transferable and must be claimed by the Purchasing Party,
** VIGVEN shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it discontinues or cancels this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control.
** Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
** VIGVEN reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this contest or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Contest.
