The Organizer of the Contest is Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.

This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying contest details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.

Contest Period

To enter the Contest, entrants must have placed an order through the telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the organizer (naaptol.com) during the promotional period 1st February 2018 to 28th February 2018 and should have in his/her possession a valid delivered order and documentary proof of delivery.

How To Participate?

To Participate, shoppers have to click his/her picture with the product, he/she has bought from Naaptol and share on WhatsApp number 8655817100 along with order number before 15th March 2018

Terms & Conditions

** In addition to the above, the customer should have participated in Naaptol’s Shopping Festival WhatsApp Activity organized by the organizer.
** Only such orders are eligible to enter the lucky draw.
** Any order that is canceled or returned for any reason whatsoever will be considered ineligible for the lucky draw under this promotion.
** Employees of Naaptol including their relatives, friends, common acquaintances, its Associate companies, Statutory Auditors, Business advisors, Consultants, Sellers, Business associates would not be eligible for this contest.
** Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, during the promotion period, without assigning any reason.
** The winner will be determined solely on the basis of Organizer’s discretion.
** Representatives of Organizer will pick the lucky draw winner through a manual random selection process from the eligible entries.
** The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The prize, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable.
** In case of minor, the prize can be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian upon proper production of relevant documents.
** The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at any time, where the Organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
** Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.
** The Organizer reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner it deems fit.
** The Tax liability of the prizes shall be borne entirely by the winner and the Organizer will not be liable for the same in any form whatsoever.

Winner Announcement

** Winners will be declared on 22nd March 2018.
** Winners name will be announce on the website naaptol.com
** If the winner is unable to collect/claim the prize on or before 30th September 2018, the winner will be understood to have consented for forfeiting the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.
