Eligibility

This offer is brought to you by GARNIER SKIN NATURALS and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This offer is open for Indian nationals.

Open for all Indian nationals, except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associates companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors/executing agencies and their associate companies (‘Customer’). Minors are not allowed to participate in this offer.

Contest Period

The contestant will be required to participate only during the period of the contest. The contest would run only between ’9th February 2018 to ‘15th February 2018 till 21:00 Hours’.

Terms & Conditions

** Offer valid only for online entries; no postal or in-person communication shall be entertained. To participate in the contest, the contestant will need to reply on the Facebook/Instagram post announcing the contest. In her response, she will need to tag her BFF and tell us what makes her BFF special. More details on the contest are on the announcement post.

** The 30 best entries across Facebook and Instagram platforms will win a Gift Hamper from Garnier Micellar Water for themselves and the person whom they have tagged in the contest.

Only the Person in whose name the Instagram handle or FB page is registered shall be eligible to be the claimant of the Prize for themselves and their friend whom they have tagged.

** The winners will be couriered their gift hampers and will have to provide their addresses over direct message in response to the message sent by the Garnier India page/Garnier India handle.

** Winners shall be announced on Facebook and Instagram and shall send communication to the winners within 1 day of the contest ending (by 16th Feb).

** The contestant has to give complete data as required. Incomplete entries would be disqualified. The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal, wherein the winners be shortlisted basis the most interesting entries by the users and will not be contestable.

** All decisions with respect to this offer, will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal and the same will be final and binding on a non-offer able basis.

** All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of pass/gift and type of pass/gifts, will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.

** No cash claim can be made in lieu of offer. L’Oréal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this offer.

** L’Oréal reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that get created with respect to by participating in this offer; the Customers accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total. The offer reward is neither transferrable nor cashable.
